I have been with this company for years to be honest I luv the rates but the last year and a half the representative that I have used for years has been really rude. I referred my sister over as a band new driver to Joanna and when I questioned her policy and why it was extremely high I was meet with an attitude and this isn't the fist time I have felt that response with her I have just over looked it many times. I understand my sister is a new driver and her insurance is going to be higher but to pay the same as me on insurance when she has one care and I have two full coverage vehicles I think is a little ridiculous
