Went in to have an iPad charging port repaired/replaced. After looking at, and trying the charger we were provided with the problem and a simple fix. We were not charged for this 10 min fix! Very friendly, helpful, and honest. Will definitely give our business to this place next time we need it.

We broke my daughter's iPad and needed the glass replaced. The guys at CIR were very good and fixing at a third the cost of the other repair shops. I highly recommend.

Fabulous repair place! My iPhone 7+ screen replacement took less than 15min and it was service with a smile. There is cold water and Netflix is streaming in the waiting area to pass the time. Thank you!

Beyond top notch! Called on a Sunday afternoon and Giovanni was super helpful and clear about the process, costs and timing for my iphone screen repair. And when I couldn't get there until 20 minutes before closing, he could not have been more gracious in ensuring he fixed my phone so I could be set for the week. Great business, great service and very professional. Absolutely recommend.

Brought girlfriend to shop to replace battery in Jan 2019 and battery has completely failed by July. Brought phone to Apple store and was told there was no record of service by an official Apple repair shop, so assume this store is not. Girlfriend’s iPhone now has a grey strip of ‘other’ data on her storage meter that the Apple store says is corrupted data most likely caused by the battery replacement at unauthorized repair shop. Not very happy.

When things go well, these guys are great. However, when things go badly, then buyer beware.

We came in to get an iPhone X screen repaired (with everything else working) and came out with a broken screen and a broken Face ID. When we realized the Face ID wasn't working (about 5 minutes after leaving), we came back to ask what happened. The first time, we got a whole slew of excuses pushed onto us. "It's an update problem, just wait a couple of months until they update the iOS"; "It's a chip problem, wait until we get the original iPhone screens (we selected using aftermarket). " When I had said I called Apple and they were unaware of any updates and that it's a big coincidence that the FaceId stopped working after I left their store and not before I came, the tech said that he knows more than Apple and that what I had found out from Apple was not the case. Nonetheless, he said to come back when the new screens were in stock.

We got a call a couple of days later to come in again because the new screens arrived, and came in that same day. We came in, the first tech fiddled around with the iPhone, realized the new screens weren't the problem and gave it to another tech. The new tech also "ran a diagnostic" and pushed even more excuses onto us than the first guy: "the FaceId wasn't working because the dot sensor wasn't working and they hadn't touched that"; "This is an Apple software problem"; "Also, it's a hardware glitch from Apple"; "Yeah maybe it glitched out when we disconnected the screen but it's not our fault". When I asked about the straight facts, i.e. "The FaceID was working when we gave the tech the phone and was not working when we got it back, " he said that he doesn't know that and that we could be lying. When asked if they have insurance, they said no. I asked how that is possible, especially when the phones are so delicate and expensive now, that everybody makes mistakes and while that is normal, when you're dealing with someone else's $1000+ property, there is no room for error, he said that he fixes hundreds of phones and nothing ever goes wrong. He offered to send it out to somewhere out of house for them to look at it and try to repair it (by micro-soldering the pieces but even then there were no assurances it would work which made us question their expertise and knowledge. This was offered as a free service, however.), our confidence in them was shattered, we were given excuses at every turn, and there was no sincere admittance of error (again, the Faceid was working before handing the phone over to the tech since we used it to unlock the phone, and the Faceid was not working when we got the phone back).

So a couple of takeaways:

1) THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE. If something goes wrong, these guys will try to pull ANY excuse out of the bag. This ends up mattering more and more as phones get more and more expensive. We spent more than 5 hours with these guys with them feeding us a "software problem" until they even suggested a hardware problem and sending it out of house as a "free favor". They told us "glitches/mistakes happen" and it's not their responsibility nor fault when they do.

Which leads to my second takeaway:

2) If you bring your phone in to these guys, make sure that they admit everything is fully-functioning BEFORE having them work on it, otherwise if something goes wrong, they will try to blame it on you or on an Apple iOS update (I saw this happen to the person who was sitting next to me as well).
