They were unprofessional and rude on the telephone, then they hung up on me.

Bad service always stealing from out of your car before the 30days are up.

This place is bad; we called to have them tow one of our mutual Customer's vehicles to us.they confirmed car would be towed same day and we settled on a final amount to be paid. Day went by, called them back next day and we were told that for whatever reason, there was an internal miscommunication and car was not scheduled. We asked to to have it towed and waive the extra day worth of storage and they denied it. Even though they acknowledged it was their mistake, they made us pay the total storage amount otherwise vehicle would not have been released. Shady practices. Stay away from them.
