This is a scam. They take your money and they don’t answer for nothing. I tried to claim the wrong item send but they never answer. They send 20” when I order 24”. When you call sales they answer but when you ask to speak with a manager they just hung the phone. Be aware if you order something from them you will get whatever and get stock with it. No warranty whatsoever. The merchandise refrigerator is freezing and have no way to claim warranty. Is the worst company ever.

Ordered like a $700 refrigerator they have the poorest service.refrigerator showed up smashed unable to close waste of money and time. I wouldn't refercompany to anyone I put in a ticket. It's been 3 weeks haven't heard a word awful awful service. Never again.

I spoke to Perla about a year ago when we first sought to open our new meat shop. She was so helpful that without hesitation i saved her direct line in my contacts. Well here we are a year later and right when i sent her the cut sheets for the plans she did not waste any time and got back to me in 1 hour. Lets just say i purchased all the equipment i needed in record time and she even helped me with a last minute change for one of the items and gave me my money back. The entire experience was all too easy and pleasant for me not to leave a review. Thank You For All Your Help!

Worst customer service in 20 years of business. They are not helpful. They lie and never fulfill their orders. I would not recommend this company for anyone. You will get fooled and lied to. Once they take your money they won’t call you back. Be careful!

Bad customer service. They won’t return your call and if you have a shipment error forget about it they won’t take care of. Be careful spending your money with them. Bad bad bad service

Do NOT buy from this company! It’s a scam, they’ll take your money and send you damaged appliances and then they’ll ignore your phone calls, text messages or emails. I’m left with 2 damages Applinces fridge & freezer and 4 months later I’m still fighting it w my credit card company. Run …run far away from this business!

I would love to give a great review but the order I did had to be canceled due to their inventory not being able to fulfilled, AFTER already charging the card for the order. I needed a specific unit and could not take another one. It has now been 4 weeks and still no refund, multiple communications by EMAIL and phone but no result of an end to this constant game of tag.

Bought an ice machine it has broke twice. The second time going on 2 months, they won't return our call so we can order parts for it. I own an appliance repair company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Read all the other reviews left here by people Chef AAA has tried to steal from! - My story- Chef AAA had a damaged $5200 Duker refrigerator BACK in their possession as of 10-6-22, but still told my credit card company Capital One on 10-20-22 that Chef AAA didn’t have the returned refrigerator and that the customer was still in possession of a Dukers D83RF, which was a complete lie. Capital One refunded my money TODAY-11-09-22. Chef AAA told my CC company Chef AAA didn’t have the refrigerator on 10-20-22 but actually had it back in their building on 10-06-22 and I proved that was a fact with ABF Freight's damaged return BOL's and Dukers- Elizabeth Hernandez’s help. It’s really sad, all this deceit so Chef AAA could try and steal $5200 from a customer. Jeff Dane

This place is horrible a rip off and sells junk, they roped me into a fridge repair agreed to $1150, never paid, don't answer emails, hang up phone, the customer got screwed waited too long to dispute the charge because they strung him along, the equipment is built so cheap and its just junk, the owner offered to pay me to finish the job, the parts are chinese, unavailable, cant figure out who factory is to purchase coil direct after replacing compressor on a brand new unit. This is 6 months later and they are just a worthless scam company. Going on site jabber next, they intentionally ripped me off and the customer. I wish i could post a negative score you can tell reading the good reviews they are just done by the company with fake reviews, no one gets good equipment or service, they wont last

We started working with Anna Zhu, owner of ChefAAA in November of 2018, when Anna was first starting out. We were very pleased with service and the product’s value, that is why when it was time to remodel another commercial kitchen we chose ChefAAA again. We made a large purchase in Sept. 2021. We were due to open end of october 2021, much of our equipment was not by mid october, received or received damaged. At that time Anna called and offered substitutions for the already paid for equipment that had not been received and stated that she would generate a new invoice with store credit because all of the substitutions were at a lesser value. I never received such an invoice, credit, refund, or replacement for the damaged equipment. I have been waiting for over a year for a return phone call. I am always put on hold indefinitely or hung up on. If I call from a known number they simply do not answer. If i block my line or call from a number unknown they answer and tell me there is only one person in the warehouse because everyone went home sick the day or weekend prior. They also always tell me a different name, yet the voice sounds the same. So far I’ve dealt with Anna (owner), Fiona (i met her and know she was real), Juliana, Pearla, Diana, Karla and I’m pretty sure some others i just don’t remember the names. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They grew too large to care about their customers.

Terrible designs have 4 fridge freezer combos the fridge has no circulation so condensation builds up and has no where to go then freezes up

Do NOT Purchase from this company! I ordered a freezer in July 2021 that arrived damaged. I sent it back the same day and they promised me a refund. It is now August 2022 and I have yet to see my refund of almost $2500. When I attempt to reach them their voicemails are almost always full and on the rare occasion that I'm actually able to talk to someone they either hang up on me or promise me that someone will call me back but they never do. I have attempted to reach them via email but no one ever responds. Horrible business practices. I am retaining an attorney and have already reported them to the Attorney General and will also report them to the Better Business Bureau. As a small business $2500 is a lot to lose. They simply do not care. There are plenty of other businesses out there that are legitimate and offer excellent customer service. Why would you choose a company like this? If only I knew before spending $2500. But I am determined to get it back. It will cost them a lot more fighting me than it would if they just gave me my money. My son is an attorney and I plan on using that to my advantage.if you doubt the truth of this review all you have to do is try to call them and see how easy it is for you to talk to someone. Take note of how often their voicemails are full. That will tell you everything you need to know.

I ordered a Saba Prep table from chefaaa after my cooler depot product stopped working in two years after my purchases. The transaction went thru smoothly but the logistics was a headache. It took a several weeks from the time scheduling warehouse pickup to the actual delivery. The communication is a little hard when it comes to talking to the shipping department. I have to make many attempts. I guess it was not easy at their end to coordinate delivery. It sounds they not only need to find a shipping company also they have to make appointment with the warehouse as well for the pickup. Employees are pleasant enough to deal with. I can tell they try to help. I don't know how well the saba prep table runs. I was hoping to buy something made in the US.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. WHAT A SCAM! We ordered from them but it was taking long so we asked to cancel. We emailed them in the morning and they ignored us and did not replied until we emailed again at night and informed us that the item was shipped? So when we asked for the tracking they just kept ignoring it until when they have it and it was shown that the fridge was shipped lol. We informed them that we really needed to cancel as they were taking long to ship and we have purchased a replacement because we needed it ASAP. We informed them what we would do since we already got a new replacement (never replied since) Once the item arrived we refused to accept the item and we immediately emailed again to let them know. They DID NOT and NEVER REFUNDED US! Since they never replied to their customer service email, we message them through their “live agent chat” on their website. They lied about it saying they attempted to contact us to refund the money but it’s with the bank since we opened a dispute? Lol? Where? When you never replied to our emails since. So we had to deal with the bank & they ignored us in every-way when we asked for a confirmation, no response. Barely possible to get in touch with them! It’ll be better if they just refund us the money and be professional about it. If not, I guess retaining an attorney is what we’ll be doing. AGAIN, DO NOT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wow, that company provide the poorest customer service I have seen in a quite a while! DO NOT buy from them. Apparently, they are quick to sell equipment but do not honor their warranty. We have been calling for days and they keep giving us the run around and will not return our calls. They only respond when you want to buy equipment. After that, they couldn't care less about future purchases. We had plans to buy more equipment and glad we found out now before that happened.

This is the best place to get kitchen equipment for good deals and especially when you buy more than one thing and they are all very helpful and give a lot of information about their products that are helpful.
