This is the most amazing meal prep service I have ever used. The food is amazing and so fun, well packaged, delicious, and creative. LaLa’s communication was prompt and kind. My meals were delivered perfectly in great packaging. I will be using this service every time I’m traveling to town for work.

The absolute best prepared meal program I've ever tried, and I've tried them all. Much better tasting and more customizable than companies who ship all over the country. If you're in the delivery area, it's a no-brainer.

It doesn’t get better than Chef Nourish. I signed up for meals a couple of years ago after a service I had been using went out of business, and I can’t believe the difference. It’s like having my own private chef making delicious healthy meals for me daily and delivering them right to my door. Not only is the food fresh and tasty, all of the meals are very well-balanced and much more nutritious than anything I could put together as a single person. The portions are perfect — not too large and not too small. Chef LaLa is only a text away if I have any concerns. She and her employees always exceed my expectations. I’m glad I found the best custom-made healthy organic gourmet meal delivery option in Southern California!

I’ve been working with Chef LaLa on my diet for a year and have experienced significant improvements in my health and wellbeing. My A1c dropped from 10 to 8.4, my blood sugar count is 144 from 230. I believe this is the result of a healthy diet designed by Chef LaLa, regular exercise and working with my Doctor. Chef LaLa is very responsive to my concerns and ensures my diet is consistent with my health goals and highly recommend her services to anyone interested in improving their diet.

I traveled into Beverly Hills for a procedure to stitch back together my abdominal muscles and repair a hernia. Having healthy and easy to digest food that met my dietary restrictions (gf, dairy free, and pescatarian) that was readily available was key to a quick and comfortable recovery (bloating on a stitched tummy could spell disaster). After finding her online, I called Chef Lala only days before my surgery and she accomodated my needs with the most amazingly tasty, fresh and nutritious food with convenient/ice-packed deliveries. My doctor said she was shocked that I didn't have abdominal soreness during my first follow up; I fully believe Chef Lala giving me such nutrition is a big reason why! I was able to give Chef Lala updates on my digestion and readiness for solid foods throughout my recovery via text and she was always kind and responsive. I couldn't have done this without her! Sorry, I could go on and on.so I will lol.she also accomodated my food preferences in addition to dietary restrictions. For example, I don't like grapefruit so she noted that. She is also highly trained in nutrition for medical needs and knew not to give me foods that could thin my blood or otherwise impact my recovery. I referred her to my doctor's patient care coordinator because any recovering patient would benefit from Chef Lala's food-based TLC.

Extraordinary is an understatement for the beautiful feast Chef Lala prepared for our Staff and Board of Directors’ holiday celebration. The cuisine was magnificent; everything was filled with flavor, beautiful colors and textures. Chef Lala created a warm, cozy, elegant holiday scene… a truly memorable evening! Wow, Chef Lala did not disappoint.
Starting with breakfast (my new favorite meal of the day.
The eggs are light, delicate and delicious.
The pancakes, waffles topped with bananas, syrup, bacon are an epicurean delight. Chef Lala has transformed low calorie meals into a feast!

Chef Lala was able to create delicious meals for my family made up of vegetarians and meat eaters. She’s creative with plant based recipes while still keeping true to authentic flavors! Highly recommend!

When I finished my chemotherapy after breast cancer I just didn't have the energy to cook and I needed to eat healthy before my next surgery. Chef Lala created a meal plan of healthy foods, delivered fresh that helped me gain my strength back. They were delicious nutritious and sometimes my kids even wanted to eat my food which created good habits in my family. I am so grateful for her customizing and personalizing food to fit my needs and help me during such a great time of need. I have since moved and have not been able to find anything of the same quality, taste or nutrition.
