I ordered Victorian romance over the phone and when I got the flowers they looked so only and wrinkly. It’s sad to say that TJ’s flowers look more fresh for way less price!

Super easy to order (other than having to choose only one), great local delivery price, and the bouquet looks just life the photo on their site.

I placed an order for my girlfriend and they were able to be delivered the next day. She loved them and the little arrangement was beautiful!

The phone doesn't work so I emailed them with questions. I got a response to my first email, but further attempts to communicate have been completely ignored.

UPDATE: 20 minutes after posting this review, they finally responded to my email and blamed their lack of response on Valentine's Day. They did their best to make up for it, which is appreciated. The arrangement they delivered to my recipient was beautiful. I'm not sure if this is standard, or just situational but the flowers looked a little wilted and I was told there was very little water. The vase was also beautiful though.

I was upgraded to a bigger size arrangement. These was more greenery than I expected, and not quite as the picture. It was still pretty.

Once again Cherryland Flowers knocked it out of the park on Valentines Day, wife loved the flower that were delivered. Great arrangement and well priced, my go to for flowers. Thank you

I searched for a local florist instead of going the 1-800 way and have been extremely pleased with their service on a number of occasions. This morning I asked them to send an arrangement to my employee and requested they send it today. 3 hours later she had a beautiful arrangement. They probably can't do this all the time, but I'm glad they would do it today!

ARE YOU KIDDING? The flowers are horrible! They were sprayed green and they’re almost dead. Plus, the business phone is off so I can’t receive a refund. Please do not waste your time. OR MONEY! Go somewhere else.

First time ordering from here and I saw flowers that I wanted to send my mom and they came out beautiful, maybe even nicer then the picture. They delivered on the morning of the date they said and everyone loved them.

I ordered a Lei for my mom's viewing to be there between 9-11 on the day of her service. I arrived at 12 to find it was not there. I called 3 times before driving down the street (which was only a block away and I was still charged a $10 delivery fee) They stated never received my order. I confirmed with customer service that it was in fact received on the day prior. Worst customer service at this location, no compassion, and will never nor would never recommend this place for ANYTHING OR ANYONE.
