Very friendly service! Needed a new dryer and they had one in stock. Was able to purchase and take home in same visit. I support local small businesses whenever I can.

I stopped by to buy a hard to find part for a small stove. The repair person helped me trouble shoot the problem, though we could not figure it out, he gave me a part, and did not charge me.
Very friendly and very helpful and did not mind that I helped him.

Once again. Just drive down the hill you'll get whatever you need fixed faster. And you won't be lied to.
Brian just decides not to show up even though the owner is sitting at the house. Had even called to confirm that morning. Had no problem last time opening up the gate and leaving a note before said appointment time.so why not come up this time? My cameras say he never was there.
When he finally makes it out. Doesn't even stay to make sure washer is fixed. Just leaves. Will not be giving them my business ever again. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Made an appointment for my washer to get serviced, waited 2 weeks for appointment. Get a call the night before to confirm that the repairman will call the morning of to confirm time, due to that it's a business my washer is at, I needed to be present. Repair guy never calls to confirm. I drive 40 mins away to my property show up with my gate open and a note when he was here. He also told the main office lady he called and it just beeped (same number they had called to confirm on) so he just lies? Or can't dial a phone number? Well Brian your a liar.

Stop at the store for some nothing part for a dryer did I assumed I would have to order online, and surprisingly they had it. Staff reminded me of a family-owned business. They seem to close-knit and we're very friendly. I strongly suggest that anyone needing appliances or parts for appliances stop at Chet's in Yucca Valley. I don't own a Maytag appliance and they had what I needed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought a washer from Chet's which broke down after 3 uses. It took them 4 weeks to get a repair man out. He showed up, DID NOT fix the machine, then they claimed we owed them $120 for the "service call" (for not fixing their broken machine). Instead of fighting with them, we requested a refund for the machine, which they refused. We were forced to file suit in order to get them to stand behind their products and maintain honorable business practices. Of course, they paid, but only after twisting an arm. It all could have been avoided had they just done the right thing to begin with. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Chets is still the only place I go for rental home appliances. Excellent deals on refurbished items. Quick and painless.

The employees at Chet's Appliance friendly helpful accommodating and they delivered my refrigerator the same day. An employee by John sat up my new one and his partner took my old refrigerator and the guy who sold me the refrigerator his name was Thomas all the employees at chats was very friendly and on such a hot day that day over a hundred they offered up the cookies for my grandchildren.

Dropped off a gas stove for repair on Thursday. They tell us the Tech will call Monday. I called Tuesday and left messages. Got a call back on Wednesday, The gal who took our stove didnt write the issue on the ticket. I have called for info and pricing on repairs and timeline and I get an I DONT KNOW answer. Had to get another used stove elsewhere as its been two weeks and the tech still hasnt returned my phone call.

Very pleased with Brian. He showed up on New Year’s Eve and fixed our Samsung dryer within 30 minutes. So very glad to have these skilled people in our town. Very Covid compliant! Thank you Brian! Happy New Years to you and all the family at Chets!

About 5 years ago bought a used refurbished fridge, still working great. A few months ago I bought a new dryer, at a better price then the big retailers. And they had it in stocks. While I had to wait a month or more if I ordered from one of them.

They went out of their way to help me with a product I did not even get there and was completely honest with me when they did not have the part. Great Service!

Dishwasher and washer machine both went out in the span of a couple weeks. Chet’s sent out Brian who was courteous and very respectful of a repairman. The cost of parts and labor are very reasonable and would recommend to anyone who had appliance issues.
