I’m more frustrated that the error that happened to my car could not be corrected because the car’s computer failed to record the error so therefore could not be duplicated in order to know how to fix although in speaking with the my Chevy app customer support for the bolt said this was a known issue and all dealers had the parts to fix it but because they didn’t find that recording it was like I made it up very frustrating the car turned on and wouldn’t shift into drive or would not turn off then after letting it sit for about 45 minutes tried again and it shifted into drive

Chris is great. However, no coffee cups, tv doesn't work, no soap in men's room.management is asleep at the wheel. Simple things that should be delegated to be checked, daily. Also, Chris said he needed our rewards member number.are you serious? This is 2023! You can't go by last 4 of soc.security #, or drivers license #? Something everyone carries with them? Your software is way outdated. Disappointing.

Easy check-in, only took an hour for the oil change (but I was there at 7: 00 a.m, better price than somewhere like Jiffy Lube.

The Finance Manager is wonderful! He really takes the time to listen and help accomplish what works for you. The sales team is very responsive and helpful. Kristi goes above and beyond for her customers. Our experience was great and we will be repeat customers in the future.

Best used car purchase experience ever, easy to work with, felt honest. Price was on the Web site, sales person was responsive but not pushy or annoying, no surprise costs or dealer add on.

I got an email with the list price of the car and the estimated fees and taxes, and everything matched up. Worth the hour and a half drive.

The repair work went well, with one exception. The link to tracking real time status on my vehicle did not work. Having that program work properly will definitely benefit folks when it comes to scheduling their day. Other than that Robert was great.

I bought My 2020 Silverado 1500 from this dealership and a couple years in I started to have transmission problems with the vehicle. I called the service department numerous times and the manager says they're too backed up right now to book transmission appointments and to wait for a call. The problem is I've waited for months and whenever I call them they come up with any excuse not to fix my vehicle, most likely because it's under warranty. They finally told me they would call me the first week of July and when they didn’t I called them. Once again they said they can’t book me and they’ll call me when they can take me even tho it’s been about 3 months. Like I said I’m sure when no longer under warranty they will be more than willing to fix it. I'm very disappointed in this unprofessional company and needless to say I'm going to sell this truck and get a tundra instead.

Do not buy Chevy.

Very responsive, professional, helpful, and friendly. I trust the answers I received and also, the issues with the car were resolved. Christopher, the service professional was on top of it, I knew what was happening at every stage, no surprises. These days, post-pandemic, it seems that good, honest, professional service is extremely rare. We had a great experience buying our new 2023 Silverado at Swickard Chevrolet, tried other Chevy dealerships before driving out there but got a bunch of BS from our local dealerships. Our salesperson was Kristi Pollard and she was adorable and awesome and makes you feel like family. She is very honest and knowledgeable. Her sales manager Ruben is also very honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter he kept his promises and was transparent. Those two make a great team. I truly recommend this dealership and the team!

Kristi Pollard, was an absolute delight to work with this past weekend when I came in to work out a deal on a lease for my new Chevy Silverado.

She was so incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and understanding with my car needs. My girlfriend and I left the dealership feeling overjoyed with the experience and our new car.
