Spectacular service, the people were very nice, they even supplied us with napkins without us asking!

I had just purchased $60 of gas and went in to use the bathroom. I think the manager was there, an older man with gray hair and no mask. He refused to allow me to use the restroom unless I paid for something in the store. I asked if I could purchase something after using the restroom. They explained that I'm unable to use the restroom until I purchase something inside the store first. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Not to mention half of the staff present were not wearing masks. 91 people died of covid in LA yesterday. And these workers weren't even wearing masks. Do not frequent this business. Terrible service and not covid safe. Also gas here is way more expensive than across the street. Except one employee who I saw there yesterday and today, very sweet, sort of quiet. Dark haired woman, she was very kind and had great customer service when I was there yesterday.

I thought masks were required to enter establishments in Los Angeles County, but apparently this gas station doesn't feel like they need to comply. Go get your gas and refreshments elsewhere where they help to keep everybody safe.

I have been going to this station for years, never have I been treated with a snappy attitude. Also, the water and air have always been accessible to regular customers. Maybe someone else's attitude has to be checked before entering the business. I am adamant about being mistreated at a business not to return. I have been going to this station over 20 years, never. A problem. Kudos to the workers! Prices are high but I don't blame them, blame Washington DC.

If you only have 91 fuel, your sign should reflect that. Don’t wait until I use your atm, come to the cash register with an armful of goods, then tell me you don’t have any regular fuel.
