Very frustrating experience. Unorganized. Ordered online at 10: 45am to pick up at 11: 15am, I waited at store 30mins to finally got the food at 11: 50am… because the staff gave my food to another person incorrectly, eventually they asked me if I can choose another item, bc the one I picked took longer time to prepare? !

Horrible food, it was disgusting nasty, I couldn’t eat it, I spent over $30 on a plate I didn’t eat. Basically throw it in the trash, I tried calling them several time they didn’t pick up the phone, obviously they don’t want to hear any complaints, they want people order online only. Sorry but I don’t recommend this place at all. I was just trying new places around but never again

This is THE PLACE to get Taiwanese Chicken Cutlet (GPie) in the Bay Area! My friends as I especially LOVED their "Grilled GPIE" and if you will not be disappointed if you like Chicken Cutlet in general. Aside from that everyone else is pretty decent, but I do think their "Grilled Taiwanese Tempura" tends to be overcooked and dried.

Entree meats are fairly consistent. There have been a few times where the meats are overcooked. No separate line for online order pick ups and sometimes food is not ready at promised pick up time. Also no visibility into what sides are being served that day and often hit or miss.

3 behind counter. The menus in one wall box or picture wall. Empty place, 3 guys standing around. Spots of food on floor. Fingerprints on windows. Counter was clean. Appetizers and meal all at the same time. Fried shrimp, hot with golden crispy crust. Oyster mushrooms were mushy not crisp. Fried chicken was not hot. The crunch was close and interior steamed a bitg. The pork chop was not hot. Inner crust was mushy and was not very crispy.

The chicken chop is very standard, the meat is very thick, and it tastes like home! The rice is cooked deliciously, table-style delicious rice. Milk tea is not as eye-catching as chicken chop rice, but it can satisfy your cravings, which is considered a passing standard. The atmosphere standard is based on the convenience store in Taiwan. The service is to see if there is any mistake. There are no chopsticks, but the clerk will provide them. There is chili powder, which is not spicy but adds fragrance.

The food tasted ok but not the boba drinks.
The fried pork ribs were done right and crispy. Popcorn chicken was tender and crispy. Grilled mushroom skewer was too salty. Boba milk tea and fruity smoothie were too sweet. Their grass jelly was store-bought, can't even suck that hard jelly out and might even cause choking hazard. I do not like their drinks, too sweet, no customization and amateurish.
The service was non existent yet on the screen they have audacity to ask for 15% tips. Regretted to pay tips for self-bussing.
Sticky table surface. Bento style. Cheap utensils. Expensive. With tips it came $80 for two bentos, two appetizers and four drinks. I don't like the dining experience this time and won't come back.

I was kind of disappointed because I heard from friends that chick-fil-a’s nuggets are the best! But I think it’s okay. Kinda too salty.

Their food and snacks are really good. The batter is crispy and has that bite to it, and the seasoning is just right. If you want that legit Taiwanese flavor, look no further.

Taiwanese friends said this is the most restored fried chicken steak restaurant.
I specially came to try the fried chicken steak today!

Traditional Taiwanese Fried Chicken Steak $10.29
Taste and texture
It really looks like Taiwan’s salty crispy chicken
The portion is actually quite large
And you need to wait for a while, it should be fried immediately

Taiwanese fried sweet and spicy $6.99
Sweet and spicy, it has the taste of Keelung’s sweet and spicy fish paste.
Just a little fishy smell

I hope there are small portions to choose from
Taiwanese people really can’t eat that much
Even if I wanted to try something else, I wouldn’t dare order it.
Because if you order what you want to eat,
Not only expensive! The portion size will be too much and I won’t be able to finish it all⋯

Thai milk tea is made from milk tea powder, so don’t expect too much. At least it’s tea made from tea leaves⋯⋯

Don't order online before they open or else they'll "not see" your order.

Beat the lunch rush on a weekend so my friend and I got our food pretty quickly. The basil popcorn chicken plate/bento was pretty good and the portion size was large for the price - included lots of chicken, rice with minced pork, vegetables, and an egg, if I remember correctly. Tried one of the fruit teas with boba which was alright, but nothing special compared to other boba places in the Bay (Yifang Fruit Tea is probably my favorite).

On the recommendation of a friend, I went here to experience authentic Taiwanese snacks on the weekend and ordered fried chicken steak bento, salted crispy chicken, sausages and fruit tea. To be fair, the food is delicious when it comes out of the pan. Compared with the salt-fried chicken and fried chicken steak, it tastes juicier. The meat of the sausage is very firm. The fruit tea is delicious, but the 25% sweetness I ordered is not. Too sweet. In addition, the disadvantage of fried food is that it is greasy. If you take it home and cool it before reheating it, the taste will be very bad. If you are interested in trying it, it is recommended to eat it in one meal.
The sour bamboo shoots in the bento side dishes have a very subtle smell, which becomes more obvious after being heated. I have heard about the peculiarity of sour bamboo shoots before, and now I have experienced it. I had mild diarrhea for two days after eating. I don't know if it was because my stomach was not used to it because it was too greasy, or if it was a problem with the side dishes.

Authentic and tasty Taiwanese food here. I only hope the side dishes could’ve been some other vegetable other than cucumbers.

Ordered on the website and then still wait 1 hour to get the food.
Asked 3 times, first 2 times just say not ready, 3rd time checked the system then told me they didn’t see my order.
