Chick-fil-A, National City CA

Great service! Even though my order wasn't correct they fix the problem without hesitation.only reason it wasn't a 5 star my fries were a bit more salty than usual. Otherwise superb job!

Had the chicken sandwich and waffle fries, didn't care for the soggy texture of the fries and the sandwich was a little salty and haf a soggy bottom bun. Might try once more and have the chicken strips

Tried the egg white chicken sandwich for the first time and now it's one of my new favorites! The tater tots were crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside and at the end I only wish I had more! Their chicken sandwiches and waffle cut fries are out of this world too. I don't know how they do it!

Staff not as friendly as other locations. I have alys loved the service but it seems to be declining lately.

Michelle H was so sweet and helpful today in the drive thru. This was my first time eating at Chick-fil-a and she was so helpful with recommendations. I will for sure come back soon! Keep up the good work!

What great customer service they have here. #2 in my book for fast food. It doesn't get any better. Something about the nuggets and the chickfila sauce is out of this world. A+ good job guys. THANK YOU FOR MAKEING EVERY EXPERIENCE WORTH IT

I usually come down here for my Chick-fil-A fix whenever I'm in the Downtown San Diego area. It's a short walk from the MTS trolley UC San Diego Blue Line 24th St Station. This particular location is walk-up only with an outside dining area. Most of the action is through their drive-thru line which can get extremely long! It is very convenient to order via their mobile app, so you don't even have to wait in line to place your order. All of the employees handling the orders are all very nice and friendly. The quality of the food here has been on par with what any Chick-fil-A is known to offer.

For some reason everytime I go to this Chick-fil-A I am guarantee that my order will be messed up. Today I ordered 2 salads, one southwest and the second Market. Received 2 Market salads and dressing and extra toppings where for the southwest salad. Sad to say that southwest dressing and toppings does not go well with the Market salads.
I'm tired of complaining to the store managers as I have gotten numerous gift cards from many errors and yet the staff doesn't get it right. Besides it's not free food I want. It's just that I want the correct food I ordered.

I always get great service at Chick fil A but this location was hands down the BEST! This was my first time here and it is for sure My new favorite!

Chick-fil-A is bomb —In a good sense. Food, Service, Quality, and the best part they never forget to put the condiments inside the bag everytime we go.

I’m so sad my waffle fries were super undercooked i couldn’t even eat them but they were busy so i understand, they’re usually on top of their game

Food is great, however if u go early in the morning don’t expect to get what u want, they’ll tell u what they got available I

Their breakfast menu is great! The breakfast bowl was delicious and a good portion. Also, recommend the biscuit sandwich, just wish the bacon was crispy.

Clean and uplifting outside tables as well as busy drive through. Good breakfast menu. Cheerful folks! Worth a stop any time
