Celina offered us excellent assistance. Restaurant was clean and well kept, and the food was fine.

Good atmosphere except for it being packed around 1: 30 pm, it can get very loud at times, the staff were very friendly and making sure we had everything we needed.

The Host Rigo gave really good service. Very friendly and professional. Gave great food recommendations!

Stopped with a large group and all our luggage on our way from Mexico to the San Diego airport and this location just helped prove why we love CFA so much. Amazing service, food was hot and accurate and we loved the personal welcome and service from the front of house manager/host Larry… above and beyond!

Just purchased. Order number 1064362 and they gave me my stuff wrong. I ordered NO pickles and WITH 4 chick fil a sauces. I got pickles and NO sauces. Damnit. This guy's are new. Be careful to check your order before you leave!

I love the food and the staff are a bunch of nice looking kids. Just when you pay with a hundred dollar bill the wait for your change is two times longer than your food. But still I give it 5 stars hands down, ‘the best’!

I Usually get chic fil a at 2 other SD locations and they are always busy but always fresh and hot! This location is newer and I waited awhile to try them and I ordered my sandwich with extra pickles to make sure it was fresh.not only was it lukewarm the chicken with cheese and the bun stale and cold but my fries had also been sitting awhile.not fresh as I always get elsewhere.
From someone who has eaten Chic fil A from Texas since they started for over 15 years I will Never eat at this location again.if u are super hungry and don’t mind mediocre food then this is your place. So sad: (

After having a truly horrible day, I stopped by for dinner and the drive thru employee, I’m not sure of her name, maybe Marissa and her name tag said FOH Trainer, absolutely made my day so much better with her kindness. I live on Coronado but will continue to drive all the way over here for the amazing customer service. Thank you again!

Took the staff a while to iron out the kinks but, they could still improve in customer service and food quality consistency. The worst experience is curbside pickup. Eat in or go through the drive thru.

I don’t know what anyone is talking about I came here recently and the place is new and looks new! The staff is super friendly and help you with your order new innovations like the generated door trashcan and super clean i definitely recommend.

I was feel sick and I ordered chicken strips and waffles fries both were cold old and I asked for two sauces that didn’t come with the order
Definitely not recommend the worst experience and customer service didn’t delivered as request just dropped in the floor but of course charge for bad service
Great experience to didn’t come back to order at least this location
