The seasonal peach drink is so yummy (typical artificial peach flavor), perfect for this summer weather xD
And the shake was as good as I remembered

Arguable one of the best chicken sandwich places in the area - I always have the spicy chicken San which which is really nice - the milkshakes are good as well but I don’t like the waffle fries that much

A nice place to have quick bite. Spicy Chicken sandwich is good. Lemonade tasted synthetic. Ranch dressing is excellent. Staff is very friendly and polite. Lot of parking space. You can use drive thru also. Parking lot sans garbage bin.

This location seems to make their own version of a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich. It's a lot darker in color, seems like a different seasoning blend, so it looks exactly like a spicy chicken. I thought it was just extra crispy at first, but the taste was very unfamiliar and just not good.

This is the most organized and well adjusted Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! The staff are friendly and lead you to the drive thru and take your order quickly and accurately. And the food is always correct and I feel like I'm always met with a smile every time at any time. 10/10 would always come back again!

Hello all, my frequent visits to this particular Chick-fil-A location in Sunnyvale are always accompanied by a sense of excitement and joy. The presence of a picture of Shaquille O'Neal with the staff and owner on the wall never fails to surprise me, as I ponder why he specifically chose this particular Chick-fil-A. As a Monterey resident without a nearby Chick-fil-A, I willingly go out of my way to indulge in their offerings, reassured by the fact that Shaq himself has dined here. The food never disappoints, and I find myself particularly drawn to the delectable buffalo sauce and lemonade combo. The ability to order a 30-piece nugget is a true delight, making my visits to this reputable Chick-fil-A an experience worth savoring. This is the best one. Thanks for reading

Simply one word - Delicious! If you haven’t tried Chick-fil-A yet, and happen to find one close by, don’t think twice. Go ahead and try their menu. Expect a longer wait time in the drive through queue though.

Old lady Peta told me when I go to the Chick-fil-A ask for the secret menu item.the Chic-A-Dee sandwich it's the best thing ever! When I was done hooking up her Antique Clamtrometer to run on single phase instead of 3 phase I was all in for lunch, and she even paid! 5 stars all the way.

This is the worst run franchised location I’ve ever visited and shouldn’t be associated with the Chic-Fil-A brand. This is the first and only location to deny a customer request of well done chicken. I’ve ordered Chic-fil-a in CA, NM, AZ, TX, MS, AL, and GA. Gabriel in training states I don’t think we do that anymore. You think or you know it’s only your job. The last time I continued ahead and ordered and my waffle fries were hard and over cooked and the entire meal was unsatisfactory. I will never visit the Sunnyvale location as the management team and staff like to create location specific policies to avoid in their eyes more work as this location obviously over cooks and isn’t concerned with freshness! Step it up to the Chic-Fil-A standard Sunnyvale location!

Quality is always pretty good. Food is already fast. This location is very popular so if you’re there during a busy time be prepared to wait in line and the parking lot can get pretty crazy

Really good chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I really like the Chick-fil-A sauce. And the breakfast options are very tasty too. The frozen lemonade is great! And there's a good hidden menu seasonal item for strawberry frozen lemonade sometimes.

You need to prevent mouthbreathers like this from using the drive thru and wasting all of our precious time! Never will come back.

Burgers taste good. A pain to drive into even though we are dining in, because the drive through line extends until the street.

The service was not good. We ordered through the app and put our table number. When he came to drop off food, he only gave one tray. Before we could ask for another one, he went away. Also one of the waters we ordered was supposed to have no ice, but they put ice. Seems like they are not careful with order details.

This Chik-fil-A was pretty busy at 3: 40 pm in a Wed afternoon, with a lot of drive thru traffic and about 5 people in line ahead of me. The line moved fast and I was able to order in about 2-3 minutes. My carry out box of 8 nuggets took 5 minutes, which is not too bad, considering how busy they were. The chicken was hot and tasty, as I had hoped for. This store is clean and has motion sensors trash bin doors, which is cool. The playground is not open, as of 3-1-23, but the wi-fi is working.

The food is good but the drive through is horrible. Cars in line go right out into the main road blocking lanes of traffic. I simply dont understand how the city allowed this to be built here like this.

The friendliest associates of any fast food chain. Great food and no matter how intimidating the long line looks for the drive thru, it is FAST! Don’t hesitate for a minute, just get in line. They have the system down! This is one very blessed business!

It took time to get in but I felt happy when there was a dedicated person standing and managing the in and out traffic. I believe the store is not well constructed as the drive through takes a big turn around the parking lot may be to avoid congestion of traffic on the road

The chicken was great. Exactly as expected for Chick-fil-A. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good experience. Wish I had a Chick-fil-A near me.
