Chick-fil-A, Bakersfield CA

The staff is always kind and patient! Which is super helpful when I think about ordering the same thing again lol. The food always comes out super quick regardless of the density in the lobby, which has been life saving when I'm in a crunch.

Stockdale location food is WAY better. I’ve came twice and the food was terrible. Only good thing about this location is it being open until 11pm

This is my wife's favorite and mine as well can't beat the service the food any of it. When we have fast food this is our place.

They must not believe in hot food here. Sent my burger back because it felt as it just came out the refrigerator, 2nd burger was still cold. Fries were okay temp. All staff looks frustrated, overall 2 stars.

When I ordered. I was the only person in the drive threw. Yet even though i ordered a meal. I didn’t get my fries and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out. So I basically paid 12$ for a so-so sandwich and a drink

Wish you could grab your own forks/knives and stuff like at the other one. Causes a lot of back up at the counter with people asking for refills and picking up orders and everything else. Also wish they would do well done fries again.

Food is amazing as always and food got to our table in 3 minutes! Very clean place and customer service is amazing. Will be back again

Their front of house staff is absolutely fantastic! The back of house staff has not missed a beat. Always a greatly made meal.

Chick-fil-a food and service are great. This the newer and larger Chick-fil-A in Bakersfield. There's plenty of parking and a drive-thru.

Early morning management is great, have been in drive thru and dine-in around 7 am and both managers are outstanding! Really appreciate the great service and food!

Food is good; expensive and small portion but good. Only negative thing was the people working the drive through who attempted to hand my order off to three different people. I was very confused then my order was basically tossed at me and was told to have a nice day. Very odd I guess the workers are just stressed. Also was given 5 straws and the root beer was very flat. Worst root beer I think I've ever had if La Croix ever made a root beer flavor it would probably taste like that. Anyways 2 stars basically just for the root beer.

I’ve been to the Chick-Fil-A on Stockdale Hwy several times and each time was a great experience but the newest location on Rosedale Hwy was an absolute delight! I want to make clear it was in large part because of the “over the top” customer service from an eager & helpful young lady by the name of Zoe. Thank you!

The food was absolutely disgusting the chicken didn’t even taste like chicken I feel super grossed out do not waste your money here I say just take a lil longer drive and head to the one on Stockdale I really am in disbelief that the burger didn’t taste like chicken it was just absolutely nasty I’m sick to my stomach I wish you could leave no stars

The chicken is always moist-fried or grilled and get all the sauces you can for dipping or topping off for flavor. The fries are waffle type which I like, so go for ketchup too. Done in or take-out the place is really busy most everyday, SUNDAY they are closed.

Regrettably, I am deducting one star due to the company's affiliation with the HRC, an organization that some perceive as holding anti-American, anti-Christian, and anti-children views. Additionally, I'm deducting another star because of a large new building obstructing the drive-thru exit. This building impedes the view of both customers exiting the drive-thru and passing drivers, creating a potential safety hazard. The obstructive building should be relocated 5 feet southward to mitigate this risk.

Given my extensive experience as a professional driver spanning over a decade, I find the placement of this building perplexing. It raises questions about whether the company took traffic conditions into account or if the building's placement was determined arbitrarily, seemingly lacking a clear purpose.

The true rationale remains uncertain.

This location’s drive thru is quick with it. This may be because they actually have the staff they need. Angel was a great worker, was super kind, and very funny. Workers like him are what keep people going to a specific location.

I am telling you this place is good. They have just opened up this location and I love it. What a great group of workers. They really do their best to make sure they get your order right and it is fresh. I am from NC and have not had this for a long time til recently cause for many years had only one location here and it was always busy so I would get frustrated and leave before getting my order but it was only because the food is so good at both chick fil a that this whole town goes to have the amazing food. So just trying to say I love both spots and glad new one opened so wait times are not as bad and I was able after 17 years get to have some of my childhood fav chicken
