Chick-fil-A, Monterey Park CA

I placed a drive thru order and discovered that I was missing an item from what was ordered. Tried calling the store phone number and selected the number pertaining to incorrect orders. Apparently the number listed doesn't go to the store directly. Well I heard about other subject matters regarding this and that but nothing on incorrect orders. Found out that customer service is until 10pm eastern time so I was screwed because I live on the west coast. Now I have to drive to the store tomorrow and speak to a manager on duty to tell him about my order and about the f.ked up answering system they have to help customers.

It’s always pleasant to sit down real quick and eat and it’s always nice to do that here.super good when u crave it lol

I have nearly 20M views; you figure I keep track of my content. For constantly deleting my reviews you get less stars for abusing the system and manipulating your rating, and now everyone knows. I'm confused why because the reviews are overwhelmingly quite positive.

They have lots of tasty chicken.
The waffle fries are great.
Staff work hard.

Sometimes my table or seat are dirty but this business gets busy, so it's expected.

I found a hair in my southwest salad. Ewww I can't believe this. It's a long thick hair. I called but no one answered when requested to speak with the manager

Good food, quick service, awful location. Parking sucks, traffic sucks, and drive thru sucks.

Excellent customer service and food was great. I'm so impressed with everyone's customer service.

Slow service. Waited more than 10 minutes to order in line even though there were only 2 people in front of me. Waited another 10 minutes for a hot coffee and a frosted coffee. I ended up just walking out and not getting my order.

First time at this location. No too busy at the time I went but I can imagine this area gets hectic when school is in session. Drive thru staff was friendly, polite, and professional.

The No. 1 thing I noticed here is the staff dealing with customers. It was awesome. They brought food to the table. Later another staff came and asked me whether I need some sauce or beverage, I've never been asked by a staff like this when I was in LA since last 1 year. Gret job! Special thanks to Ms. Gloria.

No. 2 Just for $8.65 (with some offerI got the #1 chicken breakfast sandwich. It was a lot more than what I could eat and it was so delicious!

No. 3 The restaurant is so big, pleanty of seats!

No. 4 The restaurant well maintained and very clean. I saw a staff dedicated for cleaning during my 30 minutes dining.

Overall, I gave this 5 star from my heart to the management and the staffs. You did a great job! Congrats!

This review is specifically for my experience through Uber Eats and this location. Twice I had to deal with missing items from my order. The first time I figured the Uber driver didn’t pay attention and missed a bag with the rest of the order. Frustrating but at least Uber refunds you the missing items. Decide to order again through Uber Eats at this location and oh surprise missing items again. Seriously, wth! I observed that the bag that contains the food has no name. So how exactly do the Uber drivers know if they are getting all of the ordered items? If this is dependent on the Chick-Fil-A employees giving the order to the driver, then they need to do a better job at making sure the order is given correctly and complete. Otherwise put the freakin name on the bags so the Uber driver doesn’t have to bother you to get the order.
I feel like if I order again from this location it’s a 50/50 if I’m going to get my full order. Not sure it’s worth the frustration.

Ordered the original #1 Chick Fil A Sandwich which comes with a fried chicken breast and pickles in a bun. As well as a medium size order of waffle-cut potato fries. The chicken meat itself was a tad dry but the exterior had an alright amount of fried-ness to it, where much of the seasoning was. The seasoning seemed to incorporate more addictive flavors than having any distinct signature flavors. I don't think the portion size was a good value for money, especially compared to neighboring fast food chains in the plaza. The fries were nice for having a unique shape and tasted alright and soft to chew. The Chick Fil A sauce packets that we were given was a generous amount and the flavor is nice, found online it was what I believed which was honey mustard plus some other sauce notes like barbecue and ranch. Overall, give it a try if you are curious but I find more value and taste from other fast food chains.

I love (d) past tense, my CFA until fierce completion from Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Cane’s came to town. Stopped eating here because I would always get heartburn from the chicken - must have been the chemicals or oil they used.
