Breakfast Restaurant Chick-fil-A reviews
18Ridiculously slow response to an order. The staff takes a dozen orders and then begins to work on them.
WARNING, DO NOT EAT HERE!
Food tasted old, especially the fries. They brought the food to the register in 5 seconds.
So obviously this food was indeed cooked hours ago. Disgusting.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I just got off of a 5 hour flight to find that my connecting flight has been delayed. Despite it being past closing time, the person at the counter saw I was traveling with my children and took our order for chicken nuggets. I am so grateful! She made a disappointing situation better (and now I don’t have to travel with hungry kids). Thanks Chic Fil A!
Around 9-10 in the morning, there was no line to place the order. It’s good and easy to place the order and get the food quickly. The cashier was friendly.
Silvia took my order and was rude. She wouldn’t even look at me. I said thank you and she said here is your drink. I said ThNk you and she just ignored me. I asked her if she was Ok. And answer with an attitude, yes. Rude person.
The airport was not busy, and most of the places to get some food were either closing or already closed.
This was one of the few places open on a Thursday evening at 7: 30 PM. I checked to see if they were open via an app on a sign.
Not only was this place very busy, but the service was flawless, even though they were out of lemonade.
Granted, the menu is limited, but I was still able to get my spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich and fries were very fresh and hot.
The employees were all busines but yet offered a smile and some nice words.
It was worth the walk to gate 25 from gate 5.
The lady in order place is so rude. With wrong item and price, she has no apology and sorry. So what you want a refund?
Yuck. I had a club meal. Bland, almost tasteless food served lukewarm. Drink was 90% ice. Barely adequate as survival food. Not worth the $18 dollars I paid. I wouldn’t eat there again for half that price. Yuck.
Less horribly e pensive than other airport food choices. Seriously. We ought to all just pack lunches when we go to the airport. Vote with your wallet.
Longest wait ever poor service, told to pull forward then forget me, I had to go inside and get my food because they forgot me. Worst service in USA there in vacation horrible
Great nuggies and sauce. The young man expediting looked each customer in the eyes to greet them,
Yeeeeeesh the customer service here is awful. I wasn’t sure if they had mac n cheese available but not on the menu, because it shows up here on their maps page. I asked the employee, Luis, and he stepped back, gestured at the menu, and said “Do you see it on the menu? We don’t have it” with an attitude. My dude sorry if you’re having a bad day but don’t make it everyone else’s problem. Fries aren’t pictured on the menu, so with that logic they don’t serve fries either. I know it’s an airport and I don’t expect the same service as an actual CFA but no reason to be so rude when asked a simple question.
Yikes! Worst CFA experience I’ve ever had. It’s like a clown show here. So many people staffing but no one is actually working! Food sits on the shelf so long. Looks like only the kitchen is working….
Gave one star because I had no other option. But this chick-fil-a has the absolute worst customer service! The lady working the register had the worst personality ever! I get it if you’re having a bad day you might not be the friendliest but this lady I’m pretty sure absolutely hates her job. She should really think about finding something else to do because working with customers is definitely not a specialty for her. Simple things like no ice in the lemonades was rocket science for her even after she asked twice and put ice in the drinks right after my daughter said no thank you. She also decided to make a remake about how much food my daughter was ordering, 5 meals, because there are 5 people in my family but instead of thinking it’s for a whole family she decides to say “wooow 5 meals” rudely to my daughter. We shouldn’t all have to go wait in the line and anyways if someone wants to order 5 meals for themselves, so what they’re the one’s paying for the food, there’s no need to be so ugly and rude. Looking at the receipt the name Marivic (470726) is at the top so I’m assuming that is the name of this women that made this experience at Chick-fil-A after a long day of flying and finding out our next flight has been delayed a few hours absolutely horrible!
They don't know what they are doing. I got the wrong salad dressing, and didn't get other stuff I ordered. Never visit again.
I visited this chic fil-a on May 29th in between flights. The line was absolutely insane but the gentleman named James was so kind and kept a great attitude and smile. Went out of his way to see if they had any pre made salads in the back for me even though it was crazy busy.they didn’t have any as it was early morning and insisted on paying for my chicken biscuit for the inconvenience. Not an inconvenience at all but this is why everyone loves this chain. Way to go James! Great customer service

Sloooooow. Just as many people waiting for their meals as customers in line. I literally ordered what they had already ready and cooked on the shelf. Super simple. And it still took a while. Nice people though.
It's always nice to have a Chick-fil-A available for some eats.
I opted for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal. Sandwich itself was good. The sweet iced tea was way too sweet. Probably only drank a quarter of it before I tossed it. Hash browns were unfortunately a bit stale. Meal was $8.25. Not too bad for a quick airport meal.
Take note.not open on Sundays.
