Chick-fil-A, San Jose CA

This Chick-fil-A on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose is okay but the booth we sat at had crumbs on the table and seats. There was also water on the floor near the restrooms.like what the heck, is that even sanitary?
Young lady (Pamela) who took our order forgot our mac n cheese and then it took a long time to recorder it. Order taker was not on her game tonight. She also didn't tell us how we would know when our meal was ready, consequently we checked every several minutes or so until it was ready.

Garbage. They can pick up the phone, but they won't take your order. Straight garbage.

I'm not a huge Chick-fil-A fan, but this restraunt was exceptional. The food was fresh, the girl who took the order was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. I'll definitely visit here again. Even though it was super busy, the food was up quickly. Good job, guys!

Normally I love chick fil a but the drive through is so badly organized and slow that after placing the pick up order and waiting in line they cancelled it because it took too long to get through their line… to by at fault for an issue with their own setup is inexcusable. Won’t be coming back to this location again

Food is great, although mistakes in your order are not unusual (but will be promptly fixed if you are dinning in)

First time visiting and it's my favorite place now. Great place, great food, great service. And Christian owned so it's made with Love.

This is one of my favorite place for chicken sandwiches. I love the spicy deluxe. I love their variety of sauces as well.

I ordered a Chick-fil-A deluxe no cheese. Chocolate shake. Shake was perfect. Very very good. The sandwich was lousy. They forgot to hold the cheese. The tomatoes and lettuce were crammed into the bun and 75% of the veggies were not inside the bun. The chicken was average. Not crunchy at all but more soggy than anything. The bun top had indentations that appeared to match the squeeze of an overworked in a hurry hand. I’m not at all impressed. Not cheap either. Here’s the rub. I’ve ordered this same combination at two locations for a total of three times. All three were a problem of some kind. I’m done with this chain. Five guys or in n out are far better at what they do.

Very popular. First time trying this chain. First of all, I wish they would keep the tables cleaner. They were quite busy. The chicken nuggets were very much on the salty side, maybe that's the style, but couldn't taste the flavors and certainly didn't need to dip any of their many sauces, over spicied. The chicken sandwich was better. The cobb salad also was very average. Waffle fries ok. Service was good.

Very busy restaurant and a very long line in drive through. The food and sources are very good. Chicken meat is so good. Love this restaurant.

Food is always great here and the service is as well. Everyone is so friendly and they run an efficient operation. Wish they were open on Sunday. I come here specifically for the lemonade though. It's the best.

This location is a mystery. They always forget something. I usually do carry out and there were >3 times they forgot to put the chocolate milk in my daughter's kid meal. Today I did the drive thru and they gave my order to the car in front of me. The owner needs to train your staffs well. They are very unprofessional.

Chick-fil-A.tasty goodness, somewhat healthy, excellent quality ingredients always consistent. Friendly staff and always clean lobby, restrooms.

Chicken sandwich was juicy, spicy and delicious. Chicken nugget was a bit salty to our liking

The drive through was very busy but moving. Like most Chick-fil-A this had good service. Polite staff, clean location and food served hot and fresh. Decent amount of seating inside and a few on the outside also. Booths, high tables and regular seating. It looked like there was a play area there also for kids but I did not look into it. Plenty of parking in the area but busy.

I don't know what's wrong with this particular store, but Quality Control is a problem. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich (on gluten-free bread).

And they forgot the CHICKEN.
HOW?

All I got was two sad pieces of bread, with sad leaves and tomatoes. Didn't find out until I got home. Now I'm sad and hangry.

Should be changing their name to just "fil-a"
