Chick-fil-A, Pico Rivera CA

First time going here. Came with my mother, food was ok. Went thru drive thru. Getting out was weird cuz if turned left it be on walk way lol

HORRIBLE if i could put 0 stars i would.they forgot my ice cream, my utensils, sauces, and even worse my fries were beyond salty and cold. So disappointed

They ALWAYS forget something or get my order wrong. No matter what time of the day or how easy the order is.

The best CFA location ever! They helped me with my failed online order, and fixed it efficiently! The staff is very friendly and cute, they brought me complimentary ice cream and a drink

There was a grasshopper in my southwest salad i’d like to believe the ingredients would be fresh and clean.i called customer service and they did not give me a refund for this order.i don’t think i would be a returning customer after this experience.

Tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento… where is the sauce? Where is the cheese? This meal sucked for the price! Most importantly my son has to count his carbs due to a medical condition so for his order we added a DIET LEMONADE! They gave us regular lemonade! It spiked his blood sugars! They need yo be more careful!

I went in today with my daughter for an afternoon lunch. We stood there roughly for about 40 mins and I must say, I was highly impressed with the quality of hard work the team put in during that time. I observed them working while I was eating and all the workers were doing their duties like a well oiled machine. One worker that I want to give props to was Aryana. She was very friendly and she was so helpful with my daughter and I. I can't say enough on how good she made us feel. Kudos to the Pico Rivera team!

This location is always clean and the staff are amazing! Especially Arianna, she is so attentive and so friendly. I wish I could tip her!

A bug found in our bag of food. Also some weird black dots in our milkshake. I am completely disgusted and feel frustrated with my order.

Was here with my sister and my Mom. The food was great! But I got to add on that Miriam (I believe that’s what I saw on the shirt) has such an amazing personality! Constantly asked us if everything was going good. (:

I don't understand why they always give the multigano bread cold, the last few times they don't have kale salad but it appears in the app and when giving the food the employee must apologize and offer another product in exchange for the salad. The employees are excellent compared to other fast food restaurants, part of the tables, bathrooms and where the garbage is thrown are always clean.

Great location, food is always tasty and the staff are extremely friendly. Especially the managers!

I usually do drive thru and they tried to make the line go by quickly as possible. Today, I decided to come inside so my kid can play in their indoor playground. Everyone is smiling. Quickly to deliver food for dine in. They quick to solve any issues, no questions or hesitation.

Have never gone to Chick-fil-A before but wow the staff was amazing. I have never been to a fast food restaurant where they come up to you and ask you if everything is fine and they ask if you need more sauces or a refill. I felt like I stepped into a super fancy restaurant and the playground is a Plus:) Highly satisfied thanks Chick-fil-A 100% going to be a Return customer! Amazing all around.

My breakfast was so yummy and Fransisco (that’s what his name tag said, but I swear he said his name was Tony!) was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Great hospitality and just extremely thoughtful. Thank you for making my day:)

This chick fil a lacks the true guest experience in elevating guest experiences.

Chick fil a is not in the chicken business, they are in the business of guest service. This location doesn't exemplify the true chick fil a experience many have come to know

The directors here are absent in guest feedback and have terrible, condescending leads that don't reflect the values of guest experience.
