Chick-fil-A, Los Angeles CA

This was my first experience with a nasty chic fil a. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food my fries and the chicken had a very peculiar taste to it. I will NEVER eat at this location again even though it is 2 steps from my house

Random Chick-fil-a, they got security and stuff, but you constantly feel that someone is gonna break in.

Been to a lot of Chick-fil-A’s in person throughout Southern California, but today I ordered in via Uber eats.

I got the Chick-Fil-A deluxe sandwich in a lettuce wrap (kind of) & added bacon to it (delicious as always & the bacon took it to the top), I got large waffle fries with extra CFA sauce!

Also got the mini kale salad for some healthiness & got an extra two piece tender a la carte. Finished it off with a half sweet tea/regular tea drink. Love they the deliveries have those stickers to show it wasn’t tampered (hopefully). Overall great food for delivery.

It tastes so crazy ㅜㅜ Koreans, try it two or three times. The fried dorasim is so delicious ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Be sure to try it!

Agree with other reviewers about very slow in-house service and an employee completely failing to speak names out loud. Also, their soft serve is very watery/melty. Not very good. This was my first time ever going in a Chick-Fil-A, but it's downstairs from my office. I walked in and was surprised to waited 5 minutes in line just to order (at 4pm on a weekday), then waited 15 minutes for a $2 ice cream cone that took them 15 seconds to make. I was staring at the woman giving out orders the entire time I waited before finally asking where my order was. She looks at my receipt, mumbles some other name that is clearly not my name, and that she called it several times and my ice cream was already made in a cup instead of a cone. Gee, not what I ordered, and I love being told that I'm stupid. At a minimum, they need to train staff to speak up like other restaurants, and maybe they should switch to a number system since they aren't able to take down and/or pronounce even very common names correctly. They could also train their staff to ask someone who's been waiting a while what they ordered, except they would ask the name which wouldn't match, so that probably wouldn't work either. They could also ask you at the counter if you want cup or cone so that they make the right order for you in the first place rather than playing a practical joke on you. Trick or treat season, indeed. I'll get my treats elsewhere in the future.

I attended during the morning, not a lot of the people eat in the restaurant, but it has lots of carry out orders. So if you'd order to go it may take few more minutes than usual to get your order.

Place is busy. But that’s due to it being the location in the heart of D. T. L. A.order is always correct. Parking is non existent but, it’s one of those places where anyone who is a regular there manages to get there order.

Tighten up your service with these new employees, they’re too busy talking and closing registers. Happened multiple times. Also food quality inconsistent

I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A that exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was fantastic, with a bright and clean dining area that had a cozy and welcoming vibe. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff members who made sure my visit was nothing short of perfect. The food was the real star, though. From the first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The ingredients were of high quality, and the flavors were incredible. Chick-fil-A is a gem that offers a delightful ambiance, exceptional service, and mouthwatering food.

Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and it was very juicy and tender! Was amazing. The waffle fries were okay, they werent really hot so they were so so. But service was quick and I came around 2: 30pm so there wasn’t a huge line up.

My fiance and I love this place. Our favorite is the waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce. Amazing food. The chicken sandwich is my personal favorite.

This location handles the lunch rush well. Employees are nice, and they keep the restaurant clean and comfortable.

It takes them a while to deliver the order to the deliverers. Yesterday we asked for an order and we waited almost 2 hours until the uver it became desperate. In the end we didn't receive anything. We had to cancel it today again. We are waiting 1: 30 to see what happens.

Horrible establishment came her recently to pick up food from Uber eats and the security was asking me to put my bike out side with out giving me notice got all aggressive and threaten me to fight work food establishment going to report this to the police if this is the type off people they hire well then they need to be more ethical when it come to their hirey and employment

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I did not buy any food for myself, but for my baby. I remember coming home from work when my baby was little not having enough for me and him, so I would buy him the kids meal chicken nugget, fries, fruit cup, and lemonade. Now I come home not having enough for me and him, and I am buying him an eight piece chicken nugget.my how the time flies.
