Lady could not tell me how much it would cost to do a load of laundry upfront. I would not recommend them.

Well, they lost our business. Me and my family have been coming here for the past 10+ years never had an issue until recently. We took some suits July 5 was told they were going to be ready July 12. When we went to pick them up the lady said they were not ready yet, to come back July 14. We needed those suits for a special event that weekend. When I went back Friday July 14 she said she couldn’t find them, when I asked if they were lost she said she didn’t know what to say. We didn’t know what happened to the suits until a family friend who was picking some of her clothes asked about the suits. The lady told her she gave our suits to someone else by accident and that person was in Egypt. She never gave us a call to let us know we found out by our family friend, very unprofessional. We finally get a call July 25 that our suits are here. I go in expecting at least a discount. Nope! Was charged full price we only got the Wednesday discount. We paid for something we didn’t even get to use. Very disappointed! Never coming back.

Love this shop, they are great to work with. Dry cleaning is always done on time too, I've trusted them with dresses and suit jackets for fancy affairs.

We had my husband's dress blues and my wedding dress washed and they did fantastic. Amazing service with a reasonable price!
