Great customer service! I’ve been a customer for 7 years and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Chico Hyundai is the only dealership I’ll buy from.

Isaac was awesome, no pressure, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The finance guy literally was as good ss it gets, the Sales Manager was super nice. I priced the Hyundai we wanted, I called Roseville Hyundai and was told they beat Chico’s prices every time, I got their quote and Chico Hyundai kicked their you know what.i told Roseville want Chico sold it for and they didn’t believe me, so I took a pic of what I paid and text it to the arrogant salesperson, Chico Hyundai all the way baby

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Chico Hyundai! I have been dreaming about a new car for over a year now and started test driving different models in the last few weeks at different dealerships. The first time I went into Chico Hyundai I met Isaac who was super easy to talk with, knowledgable of all their cars and wasn’t the typical pushy sales guy. We talked about what I was wanting and needing and then he dove a bit deeper with nothing being on his lot that matched my criteria. He said there was a Calligraphy Night Edition Palisade in transit that sounded like the perfect fit and that he would keep me updated on when it came in. So the next week I came back in, test drove it, fell in love, brought the family that night to test drive it again, fell in love even more and started the paperwork that night. Alvey was another amazing person to work with in answering all my questions and any concerns that would come up in the process of my car hunting. They were patient and kind throughout the entire time and I highly recommend working with them if you are thinking of buying a new car! Thanks Alvey, Isaac and the Chico Hyundai Team.

I went in with a back taillight issue and then I also needed an oil change. They looked at the taillight, ordered the part and then fit me in for the oil change. Very nice people and was treated very well. No more Roseville for me.

Casey was very professional when I brought my car in for a maintenance appointment, super friendly and informative about services received. He explained my maintenance schedule in the future and what was expected with package I had purchased. Was very happy with our exchange!
