Chico iStore

This is not an IPhone store! Took my phone and watch in for a few simple questions and they tried to look it up on the net, I’ve been there! Just another let me fix your broken screen shop! Simple stuff. I cringe at the thought of how many people I sent here telling them it was an “IStore”! Never more.

Went in to get two phones fixed. One for an nfl style spike broken screen, the other for the ol “ oops nacho cheese dropped in my speaker and it doesn’t work anymore”. They were exceptionally professional and very reasonably priced. I felt like they had integrity and were great at what they do. Thanks guys all my device will be repaired with you.

I shattered the screen on my iPhone last night and because it's just a few days before Christmas I was expecting a long turn around if it was even possible to fix before we have to leave town tomorrow morning.
The girl at the store was so kind and knowledgeable. She fixed my phone in less than an hr and for less than HALF of what I was expecting to pay to fix it.
So grateful to have stumbled upon them!

5 stars for honesty. I had a software issue and left my phone with them to try to (1) fix the home button so they can (2) hard reset it. It fixed itself so they didn’t charge me anything.

I love these guys inside you know what they're talking about they handle just about everything I need when it comes to computers and iPhones

Connor and Tyler were very helpful. I was having problems with Siri and had questions about the battery on my iPhone 7. Will definitely go back when I have any more questions.

So happy with the wonderful serve we received. Took in a badly damaged screen, was afraid we were going to have to buy a new phone. They miraculously repaired and patiently explained about a damaged sensor. They threw in a free screen protector that Verizon was going to charge $45. Nice to know that there are still businesses around that care about Customer Service. Highly recommend.

The iStore is the only place to take your Apple products.they’ve done great work on our phones and iPads! Very reasonably priced and quick!

I had a great experience at the I store, I got assisted by a young man named Tyler he was fast and got my phone fixed and now it’s been working great, nothing a better feeling your phone will never work and then it gets fixed like it did by Tyler, I recommend coming here for best place in Chico hands down

Quick, kind, and helpful every time I’ve come in. When they didn’t have the screen cover I was looking for in stock, they offered me a different style to try out, and if I’m not into it they’ll replace it with the screen I wanted initially when it’s in stock!

I had questions about the cloud, storage, and the linking of devices with my phone. Tyler was patient and friendly and answered them clearly with immediate options for me and without charging a fee. I also found about their service of providing tutorials and education on various aspects of using Apple products. I will definitely be back for a full lesson on the aspects I still need to learn! I walked in this morning at 9am to see if these guys could fix my water damaged iPhone 7+ screen and they fit me right in without an appointment. Tyler repaired my phone in record time and I couldn’t be happier.

I sent my Iphone in for repair my friend actually told me about this place very trustworthy service its scary sending your phone out but they repaired my phone super fast with no issues and I got it back pretty fast the prices are the best even if you shop around you will not find better service for their low price thanks again.
