I thought they had an enormous amount of items to chose from! I loved the choices of paintings and other items!

I took my father to this store about 2 years ago. We needed to get a nice frame for a painting I made. My dad was going through chemo at the time and did not have a good prognosis. The employees were really great and helpful. We got a large mark frame with gold details on the center.
While my dad was looking at other things I went to check out and then pulled out this amazing old picture of my dad from his 20's. He looks like a rockstar from the 70's. The picture is old and needed some mild restoration. I asked the clerk to keep this one a secret from my dad. He helped me find a wonderful frame and gave the picture me depth. The date they would be ready was a several months later as we picked a very special frame for the painting. I paid and then we went for bunch and then home.
I called them later that day just after they closed and left a voicemail explaining my serious concern that my father will not be alive by the time the games are ready. I offered to pay anything they wanted if they could rush my order. I got a call the next morning from the store manager and she was happy to see what she could do to get it done asap.
My dad got his painting and surprise restored photograph sooner then initially expected. Because of this My father had about 4 months of enjoyment with the framed artwork before his death.
I am eternally grateful to this store and its employees and management! You brought my father a lot of joy with your work and calmed my nerves. Thank You So Very Much! I'll never be able to fully express how much your work and compassion has meant to me!
