I do not recommend however the man Glen that they suggested to work on our pool afterwards. Glen charges way to much many and he is extremely negligent. Glen works for Pool service of Sacramento. I have a seperate review for him there. As for an alternative to Pool service of Sacramento I recommend Mid City Pool Service with Omar. I will have a separate review for him too

We had our pool done about 6 months ago. They did a great job. We got the quartz and it looks great! Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone.

To say that we are pleased with the outcome of our pool, and impressed with you, your firm, and your work, all are so much less than we wish to convey. Since purchasing our home in the late fall of 2004 we have been on a quest to remodel and update this home inside and out, to make up for 30 years of indifference by all the previous owners. It has been one major project after another. Our experience with contractors has ranged from just okay to absolute nightmares. We had become pretty jaded with it comes to working with any contractors after the experiences we’ve had, but you have single-handedly restored our faith in contractors! You did every single thing you said you would do, in a timely manner) weather permitting) and we couldn't be happier with not only our finished pool, but the experience of working with you and your crew as well. Everyone was professional, courteous, and obviously, very skilled at their craft. Billy's tile work is phenomenal! Personally wanted to thank you for exploring the possible options for my original tile design request. I knew that it was not the 'norm' and I know it would have been easier on you and Billy to simply say it's not available', or 'it can’t be done'. Instead, you explored ways to see how it could be done and I am so thrilled with the final out come. It is exactly what I envisioned, and what I wanted for the tile design. I'm just so pleased with it. We've taken a number of’ before, 'during', and will be soon taking’ after' shots of the pool. I wanted to let you know that I'd be happy to provide you with a disc of these pictures along with our permission to you to use for any future advertising or marketing you may want to use for your business. (Portfolio, brochures, ads, flyers, etc.) We would also be most happy to be on your list of "references" for any prospect clients who may wish to talk with us about our experience working with Chief, and if they wish to view our pool (although I don't want everybody stealing my tile design! Ha!). We absolutely love the pool and just can't say enough about how delightful our entire experience was working with you, your wife, your crew, and also Erma.
