The feeling of a child being taken from the entire family not just the mother feels like a death in the family I am in mourning everyday for the loss of a baby the REST OF THE FAMILY LOVES AND IS FIGHTING FOR.

The social workers did lies to much off the court never believe them take my right to parent's mother i did everything for class 8 months clean and sober. I am so angry and stressed depression of this problem the court order to be a adoptions my baby it's not fair for us i feel sad and mad of then i can't believe what happened to us
On Monday the judge at Juvenile court ruled that Cody be placed back with his mother, Margie, within 10 days. Today we found out that CFS wants to contest the court's decision. I don't understand. It makes no sense. It's like CFS doesn't want to admit that they are wrong. If the judge is okay with Margie having her baby, they should be to. Every day that baby is separated from his mom is taking a toll on him. What a damn shame!
