Children's Choice Dental Care

This has been my 7yr old dental office since he was 3, it’s changed a lot over the years but honestly the service has always been good, I’ve seen dr have good days and bad days lol but overall really it’s been great. Just had a visit this week for a cleaning. Front desk service is great Dr was having a great day, DAs were ready to go home but then again it was almost 6pm lol. Great office great people.

I’ve taken my kid here for 7 years even after moving across town and unfortunately this office has gone downhill. Losing paperwork, cancelling appointments upon arrival, my kid was choking during a cleaning and the water wasn’t being suctioned. I had to lift my kid up and ask to the girl to please use the suction and she only flossed and brushed no actual “cleaning” so the dentist had to do it after being asked if this was supposed to be done during the cleaning…not to mention the dentist first told me just to brush to remove plaque (my kid already brushes AM/PM everyday no cavities). It was also dirty and smelly in the office. I’m sad we have to find a new dentist as things have gotten worse since Dr Eze left

Made us wait an hour plus for our appointment. Made me pay upfront for 3 feelings for my kid. Then they would only do one. So I had to get a refund. Not to mention the person helping the dentist had to suction cup on too long to my daughter's lip and left a huge welt on inside of her lip. They were using non rubberized things that hold your mouth open. Just metal straight to the teeth. I've called three different times to report my complaint each time they just keep saying the same thing though yeah oh yeah sorry about that a manager will call you back. It's been over a month and I have never got a phone call I will not be taking my children back there.

Really not a pleasant experience, here… if you’re reading this, I highly recommend you find another dentist.

Our first visit was incredibly lackluster and the dental assistant was beyond incompetent.

The best way I can describe this business is that it is SLOW and has VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

Our second visit included an anesthesiologist. We were told the appointment was 1 hour and to arrive 15 minutes early. Our appointment was 930am, we showed at 9am. We were told at 9 that it would be a 20-30 minute wait.

10 rolls around and we’re told it will be another 30 minutes (this is after we are already 30 minutes late).

Long story short, we didn’t get in until 11: 30am. 2 hours later. Meanwhile our son hadn’t been able to eat or drink water and was a nervous wreck. It was a slow torture of an experience.

Worst of all, they weren’t even willing to offer a courtesy discount for the significant inconvenience.

We will never go back and recommend you don’t go at all.

They were patient and very helpful. Took the time to make my son comfortable.

Office staff was super nice but we waited almost 2 hours after our scheduled time. And the dentist did an extraction without my consent on my sons mouth and I was not okay with that. I wish I would’ve done my research more for different pediatric dentist. I will never return to this office again.
