This is my son’s first month at daycare and Children’s Light House has made his transition seamless. The staff is amazing and always warm. Cruz is regimented all day with activities and given great meals. They staff are great at comforting my son when naturally he doesn’t want to see me leave. But, then he starts to play and is happy again

I love this place. My little one has learned baby sign language and soo many songs. She’s always happy to go to school now and she loves her nap times. They have also introduced potty training for her and are great at communicating.

Children's Lighthouse of Riverside was an enormous support for our family with our work schedules. We had two children enrolled into the program for a little over 1 year. They accept RCOE. Structured like a school, with camera access for parents, so you can "check-in" with your child during the day. Miss Rita is an amazing, dedicated, passionate individual who truly loves her work (my oldest, who is now almost done with Kindergarten, still asks me if she can be in Ms. Rita's class). Miss Bonnie (Director) is very kind as well, and is attentive to your concerns. Several staff members are also parents; all employees pass a thorough background screening. Calls are promptly answered and returned. Secure facility. Lots of activities and special events offered. My only recommendation is that they need more staff, given their popularity, but overall a reliable, trusted support.

I went to view this trash of a daycare and when I got up there the assistant director Princess Benjamin this black lady was acting rude towards my 2 year old daughter and me the first occasion when she did the tour she was talking really low where I could barely hear her when I asked her questions she was looking at me crazy rolling her eyes trying to belittle me when she gave me the paper to take with me to fill out my information I asked her did she need anything else like for me to bring my daughter’s Shot records she said no she didn’t need my daughters shot records and when I said thank you she never said anything then I paid a 125 dollar deposit Princess Benjamin called to verify the name that was on the Zelle that sent her the 125 dollar deposit then when I confirmed she hung up the phone in my face I was informed by my worker from the the county building that she spoke with Princess Benjamin and that Princess Benjamin said my daughter can start daycare whenever well when I went to the daycare on 03/23/2022 I brought my daughter up to the daycare and told the heavy set receptionist with the glasses that my daughter was suppose to start daycare that day princess Benjamin jumps up from her desk rolling her eyes acting hostile and aggressive telling me I didn’t finish the packet that she never once mentioned to me or told me to come get my daughter went in the drawers that was by the front door and princess looks over at my daughter and rolls her eyes at my daughter in my face then when I left I felt uncomfortable and upset so I called up to children’s lighthouse and Bonnie picked up the phone I asked Bonnie for the owner’s information and Bonnie did not want to tell me the owner’s information at first then she gave me the owner’s email address then 2days later which was Friday princess Benjamin calls my phone “acting nice” telling me my daughter can start daycare 03/27/23 I took my daughter Monday morning to drop her off and when I came back to get her she had a red bruise on her head when I asked princess Benjamin what happened she started stuttering and acting nervous telling me first my daughter fell then said my daughter and another student collided into each other and the other student was on the bike she didn’t give me a straight answer when I spoke with the owner Aubree Fuentes she was laughing and sticking up for her employee princess Benjamin AUBREE FUENTES IS A EVIL INDIVIDUAL I believe her she princess Benjamin will hurt someone else’s child way worse in the future aubree Fuentes doesn’t take child reports serious she lets her staff do what they want and get away with it that daycare is corrupted I have sent in picture proof of what they did to my baby

Love it here so far! My daughter loves the staff and playing with other kids. They made the enrollment process pretty easy and i have no complaints.
