The employees are just cold and very unfriendly. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed. Dr. Clifford is great though and the only reason I am not switching practices.

Two of my children’s head shapes went undiagnosed by dr winter. One was lucky enough to be seen by another physician and it be identified, the other haunts me with guilt (years later) because a helmet was necessary and never brought to my attention as a first time mom. In hindsight I remember dr winter having a strong bias against “silly helmets”. I sincerely hope he does a better job at helping parents get referrals to cranial tech without judgement and with early diagnosis to avoid the guilt I feel daily on not doing better for my child and seeing another pediatrician.

I took my daughter to Rady's to see Dr. Brian Winter today. The office staff were great. Dr. Winter was so friendly and compassionate. He treated my daughter and me with warmth, respect, and skill. He got us on a treatment plan for my daughter, and asked me if I had any questions. The receptionist, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name was kind enough to print the summary for me, and offered my daughter stickers for her visit.

I recommend bringing your child to Children's Primary Care in Temecula.

The receptionist at this office needs to learn customer service and has a bad attitude. Dr. Winters does NOT care about the bad service, nor does he care about his patients because he would do something about this and why he had terribe reviews. But he is a doctor geting paid with a stready stream of bodies he can profit from. He also insisted our baby get vaccinated w/vitamin K before he had his circimicison and we were never told and gave us some BS explanation that if you research, you know he is lying. Do NOT trust this doctor and as you can see from the reviews, they could care less.

The worst medical office! THE DOCTOR REFUSED TO PRESCRIBE AN EPILEPSY MEDICINE FOR MY SON. He accepts them from birth. They absolutely do not know how to work with special children. I don’t understand how they were given licenses!

So glad I left when I did. Terrible customer service. Never on time for appointments- good luck if you try to walk in. Go somewhere else! Do not waste your time here. Very long wait times! This is for the office on Jefferson

Our kids' doctor (Dr. Winter) is very good. The problem is his staff. The hispanic receptionist is far from being friendly. I don't know how she got the job. The person doing the referral didn't process the doctor's request til after I called them which is a month after the doctor saw my child. She said that she'll process it right away.clearly she forgot about it and our child needs the procedure asap. Now their billing department is also a failure. She put in a different bill code that shows that we are not covered by our insurance so we called the insurance and they said that the clinic did the code wrong and they will call them directly so they could fix it as our insurance still covers the clinic. Bottom line is that the staff here is very VERY incompetent. They need to be replaced. I'm not into firing people but these people need to find a different line of work. They are a complete failure and the clinic needs to find a more competent employees. Do not go cheap.go for knowledgeable and experienced people. Maybe check your site manager too and start appraising him or her coz it clearly shows that he/she is not running the clinic well. This is what happens when people are hired because they know somebody from the inside.and not because of their knowledge and competency. The rating of your clinic is very low. It's time for change. Don't act when it's too late. Act now! Save the reputation of your clinic.

Let me be clear when I say this, the Doctors are great! The front office staff is HORRIBLE! Rude, insufficient and full of liars! Will never use this office again Because of the front desk lady Nicole, lying to my insurance and ripping us off for a procedure! Misinformation going myself an my husband on the day of our infant sons procedure, telling us we would be reimbursed the cash money we paid for it and then further billing us for double the amount that’s “ our responsibility” Because they never billed our medical group in the first place id give no stars just for her putting us threw hell the last 8 months!

My daughter is usually seen in the Fallbrook office but due to a doctor emergency she was seen here a few days ago. We had an amazing experience! Wait time was minimal. The doctor was great. He listened to all my concerns and he really seemed to care about my daughter. I was extremely hesitant and was close to canceling the appointment due to all the negative reviews. But I’m really glad I gave them a chance. All the office personal I encountered were very pleasant and knowledgeable!
