I’m so disappointed in the pastel de choclo this time! My husband is Chilean and we live down in Santa Monica, so we stop by for Chilean food whenever we are nearby. Usually the food is great, but this time it was all just meh. My pastel de choclo cost $20 and is mostly corn mash, which definitely doesn’t justify the price. We got takeout, so by the time I realized what a rip-off it is, it was too late to do anything about it. There aren’t many good Chilean places around the LA area, so this is a huge disappointment.

This is a solid choice for casual dining. It’s the best Chilean restaurant I have found so far in LA. If you’ve never tried a Chilean empanada, this is the place to do it. They also serve a nice pastel de choclo, a favorite dish in Chile.

La comida es riquísima! It's like being back home, they make all the breads I can't locally buy or make, all the yummy desert I love, all the traditional meals like completos, churrascos, y lomito a lo pobre and much more. Best part you can call and make orders. They took care of community by doing deliveries all over during Covid very grateful!

Great spot! Food was really good. Service on point. Gave us a free dessert cause they were closing & had extras. Try the Pastel de Choclo. So good. Only a few places in So Cal serve this dish.

This time I ordered the Jumbo meat empanadas, since the standard sizes are small for my taste.
Friday was a nostalgic day, as I remember my mom making sopaipillas pasadas during rainy days in Santiago.so I head down the chilenazo, order pastel e choclo, queso and carne (pino) empanadas and a dozen sopaipilas.
It did the trick, and Cecilia had everything ready when I got there

The coffee was amazing as well.

Grear place. You may not get a better chilean food in LA. Higly recommended. Free parking.
