Chili's Grill & Bar, Victorville CA

We went on a Sunday, so Happy Hour menu all day! The good was great, the drinks were light on the liquor. Our waiter was attentive throughout our time dining.

Friendly staff, ordered the steak& chicken, shrimp fajitas delicious amazing, great place to take the family or friends very happy

Our order came so fast! The margarita chicken was way too spicy. It's been my favorite dish for years and never this spicy. But our waitress was very nice and helpful.

I ordered through DoorDash, which did a good job of refunding my money and reporting these people to the health authorities. I ordered a well-done Just bacon hamburger and I received a rare hamburger. I took two bites. I hope I do not get sick or E.coli. They have been reported to the health authorities. I ordered the fajita trio of 1 chicken and 2 steaks and I received shrimp instead of the steak that I ordered. Not happy. Spent $100 and did not get what I ordered. Never again.

I’ve been here a few times now mostly positive, there is usually a wait time to get a table but if you wait for a table you’ll get your food and drinks in a short amount of time.
However if you decide to go the bar seating be prepared to be forgotten about. Unless of course they can get you to buy their overpriced beer, then they’ll keep stopping by to make sure you keep buying.
But to each their own, if you like going to bar type area and enjoy that atmosphere then great you’ll love it, just don’t go there for food.

Ordered a party platter for a party. Get here and it's not done. What's the point of pre ordering when they don't even get it ready on time.

Why is service so slow? Why do you get one menu per table of 5 people? Why are we waiting to order for ever? Why am I paying $15 for a good burger okay fries?
And do you really have to charge me over $3 for ice tea?

Long wait, southwest egg rolls were ordered as appetizers but we're disappointing at this location, servers were friendly. Unlikely for a return visit at this location

The food is ok. What I'm more concerned about is that when u pay for your meal using that tablet thing they have, the auto tip for 18,20, and 22 percent is all wrong. I selected an 18 percent tip and it forced me to pay a 33 percent tip! I think that cheating the customers in this way is pathetic and I'll never eat there again because of this.

Let's start off with my main entree, it came first before my appetizer as I watched people who had just arrived already receiving their food I didnt receive my appetizer till an hour later, you would expect it to come faster given the fact it was a slow day during the week had not been with very little people there. The asparagus was raw and everything was extremely salty. Definitely am not happy with my visit.

It was terrible, that dropped my husband and grandson food. We waited for another 20mins until they received there meal. By that time my daughter in law and were done with our meal. They didn't offer to take off any discounts. Service was terrible as well.

When I walked in I was greeted by Daniel, who led me to the seat where I could watch the Lakers game. He made me feel welcome. My server was Lindsay, You should ask for her. She was very friendly and professional. Well done both Daniel and Lindsay!

Waited 20 minutes to get seated, Waited over 40 minutes for a raw steak that took around 20 minutes to recook and was very mediocre tasting, bad service the waitress forgot about my table multiple times, not coming back waste of money and time. Waited 30 minutes for the waitress to bring me the check and Togo boxes, honestly thought about just walking out and leaving because she was taking too long, total bill came out to 100.50

Delicious! Service for pick up was good. Hostess was really busy but had a friendly positive attitude. Food was excellent, I expected decent food but was so happy at how delicious everything came out!

Service was on point. Food was awesome and the prices surprised me in a good way. Way under priced for the quality of service and food.

I was told that the wait was 20 to 30 minutes for two people to sit our name was never entered into the system and we gave it to them and our phone number meanwhile we watched eight parties gets sat ahead of us including the guy taking names family.magical service.

We went to Chili's for the 2 for $25. The food was pretty good, but the service was excellent! Our server Angie was also bartending, so I wasn't sure if we would get much attention. She amazed us by bringing our drink refills before we even asked, and was consistently checking on us. Lukus the food runner was also very helpful by noticing that one person in our group didn't like a certain sauce and he quickly ran to switch it up. He also brought us out some A1 steak sauce which I would have eventually had asked for. I appreciated that he read my mind & acted on it. Our experience was really good and we will definitely be back.

Fajitas were cold, barely any carnitas, they brought steak instead of shrimp, when I finally got the shrimp it had sat under a heat lap for a while and was disgusting, hardly could get a refill for my drink. Highly disappointed

Good food and nice staff. They took away the mojito though. Very disappointed in that given that the reason is no mint leaves are stocked anymore. Sounds lazy. Food is good though and a good price.

They royally messed up an order and promised me a gift card 3 months ago. Still haven't received it. Also they refuse to let you sit if you don't have a mask dispite the fact you can't eat while wearing a mask or if you can't wear one for medical reasons. Regardless of how it violates the constitution it also violates state laws. Review will get moved back up to 3 or 4 stars when they finally get the gift card to me.

We ate at the bar. Service and drinks were great. Food was tasty but my wings were a little dry and some sides didn't have any sauce, but otherwise it was a good lunch.
