Chili's Grill & Bar, Palmdale CA

Every time we visit, usually after church, we're offered by the host, seats at the bar! I'm a evangelist and don't think parishioners would understand us sitting in the bar area especially since there's seating in the other side of the restaurant! The manager in the Lancaster restaurant came out, apologized, and, gave us 15percent off the check. Why? ! Let's do better! Otherwise, the food was wonderful

The Enchilada soup was fantastic, our waitress was very pleasant & checked up on us often & had knowledge of the item's we inquired about on the menu, the menu is better than before. Makes me want to go back & try something else

I got a salmon dish for take out and I was very disappointed with the amount of rice they put in there. Rice is about a few dollars for a bag and they couldn't even fill the box with it. They obviously don't have a set standard for food portions bc the first time it was an appropriate amnt and the 2nd time the box was empty. Won't be going back and paying $20 for a dish without proper side portions.

My server Jennifer was stellar. My drinks were not well made. I'm a bartender I had to buy Jameson to defuse the sweetness. But my server was awesome.

Chillis is as rn my favorite place the Santa fe burger is amazing and the lemon droop shots!

Chili's sested our large group quickly, the server was super attentive, and the food was great! The 3 for me menu is awesome! A drink, an appetizer, and an entree package for 10.99! We will go again, and again.

Arrived right before the dinner rush, and was immediately seated. Drink and appetizer order was promptly taken and brought. A few drinks were forgotten but quickly came. When main entrees arrived, everything was great. Quality and quantity were good. We did have to wait a while after requesting the check and some to go boxes, while a large family with, lively children, was squeezed in next to us.
Overall, it was a positive experience.

The food was ok. I guess I can’t complain, but their lemonade and pink lemonade needs to be took off the menu. It taste like tap water with an after taste. I complained about it and they said it’s their signature lemonade. YUCK!

To my surprise the carne asada plate was very good. Waitress did great even though they seemed understaffed.

I ordered a lunch special which consisted of a soft drink, beautifully crispy, french fries, and a massive cheeseburger with special sauce the meal also came with a small side salad, I asked the server to please make sure they put some grilled onions on the burger, and when it came to the table, it didn’t have the grilled onions. She immediately rectified the problem and brought me two side cups of sautéed onions, so everything was very tasty. It was hot juicy. Everything was delicious and the service was five-star! I would definitely go to Chili’s again

Food came out very cold. Soupcan out cold twice, Soda and water had a nasty taste, served food that wasn't ordered, and my triple dipper was disgustingly cold and old and chicken stripes was NASTY

Excellent service. Very well trained staff. Food is always a staple. Great job at the Palmdale location.

Ordered food to go had daughter pick it up just to be disappointed ordered 2 triple appetizers, 3 molten cakes and 1 3 for me egg rolls was burnt didn’t get the dipping sauce which you have to have because that what’s makes the egg rolls burgers was pink pink in the middle, no sauce for the cakes and no soda for the 3 for me it was a rush job because the whole order was missed up and the manger had refused to refund me so I had to speak to another manger after I was told the order number did match the food so I guess it was someone’s else’s order but it was horrible couldn’t even eat it so when the other manger gets on after going back and forth he said he will refund me and it’s been days and it still haven’t taken place I will dispute the charge and I’m calling the health department on this pink pink meat because I have pictures.

Haven't gone here in years, but we were given 2 gift cards. We were pleadently surprised at how good the food was and the service. It was noisier than we prefer, but it didn't ruin our meal.
