Chili's Grill & Bar, Visalia CA

I was a little disappointed when I tried to order a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger.but was informed by the server that was not an option I mean, come on. Wendy's even offers lettuce wrapped cheese burgers. On the bright side, they do have reasonable prices

Food is delicious and comes out promptly and the servers are all really nice, especially the guy with the star trek pins!

Food was really good. Service not so great. Place wasn’t busy so they must have been short staffed. Still enjoyed the food.

What I love most about Chili's is the light and crispy chips with the salsa. They are my favorite and I usually order them for parties. Besides that the dishes are reasonably priced and the servers are attentive.

Today is my 16th wedding anniversary and my dinner wasn’t anywhere near close to what I’d expect from chili’s in Visalia… I’m very disappointed in my food. Chicken Fajitas had no flavor, rice hard (usually like that anyways but still) no side trey given (the salsa, sour cream, etc.)
and my honey chipotle crispers didn’t have any sauce on them.fries were burnt, and no chipotle extra sauce on side (just ranch). It’s unfortunate, chilis you really let me down this time…

Usually go to Tulare and they always do a good job! Visalia however made me wish i had saved my money and bought some tacos! Dry wings, cold fries, yellow potato soup.

I’ve Eaten here many times! They are usually always great! The food is good! There serves is good! This place is usually clean and very nice! I’ve always had a pretty good experience here! I love the chips and salsa and the chicken crispers!

Had a horrific experience today. Went in at 2 PM for lunch. The hostess said I could seat myself. I opted for a booth. She then told me the server went to the restroom and would be about 3 or so minutes. She said I could sit in the bar area. I said I would take the booth. I was not in a hurry and proceeded to the booth I selected. A minute later the hostess and another server was talking about me.not more than 10 feet from me. I could hear every word they was saying. I got up and asked them if there was a problem. I said if there was an issue. I could go somewhere else. The male server began to give me attitude. I asked for the manager. She came and told me they was not good employees and gave me the corporate number. I left and will never go back. The manager has failed in training the staff. So disappointed.

The service is great and the food is good. Decently priced, and the waitress was fabulous! I'm so glad we decided to give the restaurant a second time around. It was worth it, the management has changed, and I am thankful they are doing a great job! Thanks, guys, and gals for a great night out!

Was there for lunch. My server was one of the nicest young gentleman his name is David, he made sure everything was good it was delicious.

The meat gave my son food poisoning and he was throwing up for 2 nights straight. If I could rate a 0 I would.

We had a table of 11 and the waitress definitely had her hands full considering there were 4 other parties of 5 & up. Customer service was great. Dinner rush was hectic but they powered through it and the mistakes that were made were corrected by management and also reimbursed. Food was also very good. To be honest I wasn't expecting that. The alcoholic beverages and their prices were well worth it. Better than you'd get at your average bar. With that being said, we had a great time and got our moneys worth.

For the last 6 months our experience here has been outstanding! The food with the old menu & the new has been delicious. The service has been off the charts! It has been so good that I have ask to speak to the manager each time to complemented them on their outstanding staff.

Love it, great food, but they couldn't seat us for over an hour, they just let other people stay there for over 2 hours and we are waiting.

Skimpy serving size of nachos, took quite a while to get service, and overpriced for what it was.

The worst service I have ever had the food was cold and they forgot to make burgers. Don't waste your time going there.
