Chili's Grill & Bar, Fresno CA

Better sirloins here than the filets at most places. Staff are pleasant, polite and professional. The interior is nice. Not too big, not too small and always clean.

Ordered the full rack of ribs with fries and loaded potatoes. Fries were undercooked and cold, not 100% sure if potatoes were even potatoes and the rack of ribs were so burnt the meat was cooked off of them. I have never had food this horribly bad before. How this was able to get out of the kitchen is beyond me. I will NEVER order from here again. What a waste of money.

I had a burger and it was great! My neice had supreme nachos that she loved! My nephew had fajitas! We all were very pleased!

Chili's on W. Shaw and Brawley has become our go-to restaurant. From the Dip Trio (their white queso dip is to die for) to the Secret Sauce Burger, to the salads, and our favorite Presidente Margarita the food is delicious. The servers are always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Can't post this without mentioning our 3 favorite bartenders, Cameron, Adam and Chris. We love it!

Came to Chile's for the first time, about dinner time with my family. I was surprised it was pretty dead inside hardly any people. I ordered a Michelada tasted terrible! Tasted really plain. No flavor. Our food came. Looked really delicious but to find out my fries where really salty. And the barbeque sauce on my baby back ribs was really vinegary made my tongue irritable. Basically ruined my taste for my whole dinner. I can see why it was pretty dead inside. They probably need new cooks.

This is the second time I have gone in I’m given a drink and menu and then no one comes back to take my order after 25-30 minutes I have to get up and find some to help me today I counted 9 people in the entire restaurant I still wasn’t helped so I walked out never going back

Northwest Fresno location is conveniently close to CA Highway 99 and on a major artery through town. As we walked in at 5: 30 pm on a Friday evening, there were very few tables occupied, however we were directed to the bar area without asking if we preferred the main dining area. Our server was very nice and he took our drink orders right away. My half order of baby back ribs were accompanied by French fries and a skimpy, half-fille, little bowl of Cole slaw. Guess they were running out of slaw at that time (?) The food was good. Wish I had more stars to give. I also mentioned to the server that the water in the ladies room sink was extremely hot, and could possibly scald someone. He responded: ". That's been a problem for a while. Has something to do with the pipes. " Oh well.

Then gentleman that served this was as awesome as a server could be he was amazing my date and I had a wonderful time

Had the chicken bacon quesadillas. Delicious! Really good with the house ranch. Had a little spice in it. Yumm!
Plenty of parking.

The best chicken strips I have ever had from a restaurant. The Mac and cheese was pretty good.

Service was fast and food always good and hot. Drinks was right on taste/strength. I recommend most definitely when looking for satisfaction.

Went there with a party of 6 bad experience. Wouldn't recommend burger got us sick. Body ache and wanting to throw up all night.

Went to have dinner for my sisters 21st birthday.the staff was wonderful unfortunately the burger I ate the Alex’s Santa Fe for some reason didn’t sit well in my stomach.the entire night the bathroom was my bestfriend.barely feeling okay this morning…
