Chili's Grill & Bar, Beaumont CA

Let me start off by saying I love Chili’s, especially in this area that is scarce of options. This last visit (today) was dreadful. For starters our server Michael while taking our order rolled his eyes to anyone that would sit in the open bar seating which baffles me because for once you’re taking our order and Hello we are customers. We waited about 15 mins for our drinks which honestly were good no complaints there. We waited another 15 mins for our food and one order was wrong which they had to take back. I ate my food and my husband had no food as he was waiting for his re order. See like the food runner didn’t communicate with the kitchen that the order was wrong because we had to wait for our server Michael, which took 15 mins to check on us when we asked if we where ok when clearly we didn’t have one order and we had to ask him to check on our re order since he input it wrong. He kept rolling his eyes as more customers sat in his area by the way. It took and yes I timed it 25 mins before we finally received my husbands order. This was not the first time we have seen this from Michael. As we come to chillis every weekend (the bacon burger is amazing). I never really leave a bad review but just the level of attention, follow up, communication was non existent. Michael a piece of advise, if you don’t like customers coming into your section you might want to re think your current employment option and maybe give it to someone who truly needs it.

Chili's in Beaumont is a longtime favorite in the town! The friendly servers like Michael and Ashley always make you feel welcome and take good care of customers. The managers are also very accommodating, even when requests are slightly unreasonable.

The food at this Chili's hits the spot, with tasty classics like fajitas, burgers, ribs and their famous Chicken Crispers. Everything always comes out hot and delicious. Their margaritas and other cocktails are blended to perfection.

This Chili's location has a fun, lively atmosphere that makes it a great place to gather with family and friends. The interior has a Southwest/Tex-Mex vibe that fits the menu.

We keep coming back to this Chili's because the service is consistently excellent and the food always satisfies. It's an easy choice when we're looking for a casual chain restaurant with friendly people and solid dishes. This Chili's deserves 5 stars!

Went for lunch, and they were out of avocado, which means the dish I wanted wasn't available. I asked for jalapeños 3x and it was finally brought out when I was 5 bites away from being done with my food.

Great place service is excellent and the food is always up to snuff in other words one will not be disappointed

Chilis food is awesome. But the service is always lacking a little bit. But I think all the chilis are like that. Still worth it.

I really hope the kitchen is cleaner than the rest of the restaraunt, all windows dirty, front doors, floors booths, its like no cleaning at all, restrooms, come on, its gradually getting worse every visit, torn booth seats.best burger in town, good service, clean something!

I took my dad and his friend over here, and the best thing was the birthday desert I brought home. They might have been short staffed as we waited a long time for service items.

I went with my family to have a good time. But they dosen't had enough staff personal to attend all tables. The guy who attended us was desperate because he has more tables to attend. They don't have all the beer supposed they most have. It was a bad experience

Went there at around 3: 30pm. There was 7 of us. We ordered and waited about 15 min. Waiter brought the kids dinner and the soup and salad meal. Then we waited and waited at least another half an hour for the other four meals. Two of the meals were ice cold. We sent back one meal for refund because the waiter did not return. The chicken strips were stringy and uneaten by the kids. We asked twice for drink refills. They were brought when we were paying the bill except for the kids. They never got refills. To top it off we were given the wrong out of date menus and then were over charged, spoke to the manager, and she refused to refund our over charged bill. The food and service was very bad. We will never return! If I could give zero stars I would.

Service was extremely slow. Several food items took way too long to serve. Had a terrible time finding our server.

This place has great food, great service. It's nice to go out for dinner and actually have great service with a great.meal. Wish I knew the writers name. We sat in the bar area, I had steak, was excellent, my daughter had the shrimp fajitas, they were good too, and we got appetizer plate. Prices were not bad at all

Came here after shopping in Cabazon, sat in the bar area. Place was not to busy at all. Placed our order took awhile to get appetizers, placed another order of food, took over 45 min, and we still hadn't received our food the waitress hadn't come by to check on us. I finally got her attention and asked her for our check. With no apology, there is no update on our order. We paid and left and she co tinued to socialize with her other tables.

It's a chili's. You get what you expect.just another "TGI-Chili-Bee's"

Their salt & pepper shakers are ALWAYS dirty! Other than that the food & service is great!

Waiter's attitude was not acceptable. He was not friendly, extremely argumentative, and took a long time Bringing my Margarita then was arguing about the amount of time (I made him take it back.) servers name is Michael.
