Food was delicious! Curbside delivery is on point. It’s ready when they say it’s going to be ready. Thank you Chili’s!

Most of the food was good. I ordered burgers well done and they were pink in the middle to my kids refused to eat them.

To Go was on it. Esp the lady in red flannel on Sat eve. Checking on ppl that were waiting and had been helped and communicated very well what was going on. Food was great.

It's bad when you do because you have to. I'm not being sarcastic, almost every other visit is an issue, the picture was the last. That was old chicken microwaved too long and was more jerky then shredded chicken. I don't know what is holding Hanford back from having a legitimate restaurant, but for good sake PLEASE!

Chilies had the best ribs. And pasta. We order from our Hanford Chili's at least once a week. Great service and nice fresh hot food.they did make a slight mistake once and were so good to us when I called and told them.they corrected their error with no questions asked.thats why we keep going back.they are the best

Very nice, and most of the waitstaff is very helpful. We have had a few instances with serves that weren't very attentive to our table, but I assume they were just busy or had been having a bad day.
Never had a bad meal here and we even have our favorite dishes.
My husband is also always excited to see what each month's new specialty drink happens to be, and he has yet to dislike one.
Over all, one of our favorite local places to eat.

Very warmly greeted upon entering the Hanford, California Resturant. A little "Chilly", at Chili's, lol but the food was hot and tasty.

I didn't eat because after waiting 45 minutes, they still got my order wrong. The manager was a sweetheart when she came on shift and heard.

Food is fresh and great! Loved it! You get your monies worth. But we waited forever when we asked for something. And there was only a few people there but they went to every every other customer and asked them if they needed Something or if they are ready to order then finally after all if them they come back to us. Even for my change, I had to stand up, which is embarrassing.

The service was great until it was time for the check. We needed to leave, but I had to ask the host to grab me a to go box because our server went missing.

Haven't been here in awhile because of a previous poor experience. Had a good time and food was good. They had new apps to try

The food was classic Chilli’s but it was the post dinner survey that truly swept me off my feet! See ya next year or next Tuesday

Food is okay. Quality has dropped a lot in recent years. Waiting for seating is fast except when your constantly passed up by people who came in after you with the same amount in their party you get pretty irritated. All in all this establishment has gone downhill and is not worth the wait.

Our server, shawn, was professional and friendly. Did not like 1975 tacos. Very messy and too chili tasting

I was waited on and did not have to wait my order was warm and complete enjoyed it very much good personality of my waitress

Tried the Cajun chicken pasta on this visit.very nice amount of sauce and chicken was super tender. I did have them hold the Cajun spice on the side just in case it might be too hot for me but it was still good

Great bartenders and servers that make you feel like family. Great atmosphere to make friends, sure drink and some laughs

First time I got the Fajitas it was was AWESOME, Today made me not want to go back, it was Awful

K service server was attending more to other tables especially a table of seven men that came in after us.

Seated very quickly. Friendly people and great waitress who was very attractive. The chicken enchiladas and sirloin steak was cooked perfect. You can also have your food without cilantro. Overall very pleasant dinning experience. Very reasonable prices.
