It takes FOREVER to get anything done! We have gone ALL winter without our pellet stove. They finally came out to "finish" it and it's still not working properly!

I am delighted with the wood stove from Chimney Kraft. Of all the wood stoves since my childhood here in Del Norte County, including the old electric range with the wood burner on the side (every home had one in the 40s & 50s) I have never had such a nice wood stove. Better than that was the professional installation and service from the store. They showed up on the days and times they said they would. They provided excellent service in the store as well as during the installation. They stand behind their products. At all times they were friendly, helpful and polite. All technicians were well trained and competent in their jobs. Small family run stores are becoming more and more rare in our society. I recommend community support for this small business. They are doing an excellent service for our county and add much to our community.
