China Express reviews
12Just had lunch at this place. I could definitely say this was the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life. The woman, who seems to be the owner was so impolite. When I asked why is she so grumpy, she blamed it on some other customer who "returned their food".
Ain’t gon cap, I saw this posted on Facebook and the picture looked good, but I went to try it, but gawd damn it don’t taste good, like it has no flavor, it taste like they just made it and 2 days later they reheated it, basically taste like left over food, then they microwaved it, it was a 0/10 taste I throwed it all away didn’t even eat 25%
Went there today first time, 9-22-2023. Got me sick. Throwing up, headache. I feel awful. Never again. Cold orange chicken chow mein and have the runs. Never ever again got me sick!
The staff are friendly and the place is so inviting. Food is amazing especially the spicy chicken we been back 4 times already I definitely recommend. You get a good amount of food as well.
I Love coming here for Chinese food they always give plenty of food. I will eat some for lunch and save some for later for dinner
China Express, overall value for money was abysmal. The quality of the food, service, and ambiance did not justify the high prices.
I love this place and it brings back many memories. I have visited since 1998 when the Fulton Mall was the best. I encourage you to visit this place.
I’ve been coming to this place for years; whenever i go downtown, i have to get a plate; definitely my favorite place to get chinese food.
The only Chinese restaurant that serves chow mein the way i love it. Healthy portions, delicious food and worth the price.
Came to try it out and it is not good at all after eating half way thru my throat and stomach started feeling sick
It wasn’t that warm and the taste just seems it’s old
It is not worth the overprice
Imma just stick to Panda Express at least i know forsure it’s fresh, taste good and its cheaper.
Once I was inside 'China Express' dining area, it was more family inviting than it was outside the restaurant. Seats and tables was comfortable and clean. The food was glassed displayed and prepared to be served by the front desk employee. Seeing there was mostly empty to only 2 trays of sides ready to be served. Food was great but was cold when served, no were close to being warm food. Plates was served with small portions with a high price from $11 to $14.
The cook seemed more involved with the dining area than he was in the kitchen.
If you want cold food with limited side options, than 'China Express' is the place for you.
Am gonna give this place 1 star cause if I can give zero I would.save your money and go else where as soon as I walked in the roof was legit leaking all over the place and with the lights on that alone was a huge hazard I don’t know how they were even open for service, the food was gross so heavy on the oil the meat and rice tasted old as if it was just reheated and it was way over priced for 2 plates with 2 sides it was $33.00 I legit threw the food away after a couple of bites and ended up with a stomach ache after eating here, yes the lady that served is nice and all but the food just isn’t it… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! -100 of a food place it needs to get shut down and remodeled and braught up to code seriously
