Get 6 dim sum items and get lobster noodle for $21.99. The dim sum was pretty good but the lobster noodles wasn’t. It lacked flavor and I personally didn’t prefer the texture of the noodles. Service was fast and attentive.

Salted Squid wayyyy too salty. Got 7 dishes, and come out to $50 before tax… kind of pricey. The pan fried dumpling was not hot. Better value and taste to just go to A J Taiwanese across the street

Terrible customer service. Unless you were a large party, they paid no attention to you. People kept walking up to the carts because they never came over. Never offered a menu to we went with dumplings. Tasty at the start. Asked for egg rolls and potstickers, which arrived COLD. Mentioned it and they just put them in a microwave and dropped them on the table. Thus NO longer crispy. Now tuff and gooey. Mention it to the waiter and again paying our bill. Got a very unappreciated- Oh Sorry. Two people $40 / 5 plates. Over priced and HORRIBLE service.

Clean, convenient location, although parking can be a challenge. Good selection of Dim Sum, but Pork Roll wasn't made correctly. Choa did a good job as our server.

Food is great. I think this place might have the best dimsum in OC but of course, the place is outdated and look pretty beat up

The worst customer service that I have received in the last 12 years. People ignoring calls, dirty tables, rude servers, cashier demanding tip. Food it was ok, I could have gone somewhere else for a better quality.

I absolutely love the food and service, great area nearby to where I live. The workers are always very kind. Would recommend to others.

This place is the one I like best. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very professional and the cooking they cook is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner here. Highly recommended.

Never come back this place. The food are not fresh. I had a food poisoning after eating the din sun here. The restaurant did not care about my health issue at all. Poor customer service. Dirty food.

This spot is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very chummy and the cooking they offer is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal here. I highly recommend this place.

One restaurant in Irvine that provides Dim Sum. One that I like here is the Crispy Taro Puff, which is not easy to find anywhere else. To eat here, be prepared for a long queue

Irvine doesn’t really have much option for authentic dim sum so after researching & asking around friends, this is the best Dim Sum place near our place. The food is ok, the chicken feet & small ribs are really good, other than that most food is just mediocre at best. What really made me give it 2-star is its horrendous service.

As a Chinese I know very well that in most of the cases, good service is not something you’ll get in authentic, well-known dim sum restaurant. But this place is just straight up horrible, everyone from the manager to some of the servers is just rude. We called to ask how long is the wait for now, the guy told us “I don’t know. No one knows. You have to be physically here to know how long it’s gonna be. ” I was really confused and told him patiently & nicely, we were really close by, then he got mad and said “how am I supposed to know how many people will arrive during that time? ”

It gets worse when we got there: the manager at the front told us “20-30 minute wait”, so my friend and I went to a cosmetic store, literally just next door for less than 10 minutes, because we don’t want to miss our place. When we got in & asked how much longer it’ll be, the manager went very impatient & started complaining again “I already called your number! I called several times! You guys not here! That was couple minutes ago! Several times ok? ”

Ok, sorry that we’re such a big trouble for your business because we had a few questions and we always tried to ask them nicely & politely. With this kind attitude we will never come back again.
