China One reviews
15Ordered the General Chicken (Spicy) At first bite, fresh food, very tasty! I would recommend to anyone in the area, definitely a 5 Star. Customer service was good!
The wok hei is legit here! Some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend stopping by. It’s a great take out, quick dine in joint. Reasonably priced.
Food is very good but the employees are very hard to understand and they are mean sometimes.
Definitely recommend better customer service
Small spot next to Stater Bros. Was still open and I got a urge to order. Went inside. Ordered some house fried rice. Tap to pay. Place wae clean and the service was nice. My food came out quickly. They included utensils, soy sauce and Sriracha. Ate at home and wws impressed with amount of shrimp included.
I've had take-out from China One a couple times. So far, I've tried Sweet and Sour Shrimp and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Both were very tasty.
Had the lunch special with my kids and it was tasty and large portions, came to out table hot and fresh.
Watch em ladies! They try to get you to have more than you planned to send. Their friendly enough but are sneaky talking under their breath about you. Just be careful!
The workers are nice and friendly. The food are not flavorful. We ordered pork chop specialty and chow fun beef, and they both lacking quality and flavor. The pork chop is salty and not enough meat, the chef over flour it with the tapioca flour. The chow fun beef is lacking in salt. This place is okay for those who need fast emergency chinese food.
I took out an order.and I paid credit card. They charged tip over 20% extra without our authorization. Beware! They are cheating customers.
I love getting their lunch special! Nice deal and nice employees! I love their chow mein they have thick noodles super yummy. Its usually not too busy in their dining room but they are open!
The food is average compared to other restaurants. Nothing special. They raised their prices on the menu. The big issues are, they don't greet you when you walk in the door, they have POOR customer service, they don't smile and always look like their upset or having a bad day, and they don't even say thank you! They act as if they're doing you and favor. If I'm going to spend my money at an establishment, at least be friendly.
My husband and I LOVE this place. Their food is fresh and hot every time we order. We have tried other China One restaurants in our area and they just don't compare. We drive from Fontana get their food and its ALWAYS worth it. The owners hear our kids on the phone when we call in our order and always put a couple extra fortune and sometimes Almond cookies in our to-go bag for them. The staff is kind and always gets our order right. We know we will be satisfied we when get China One for dinner. Thank you for the great food Chine One Rancho!
Good food and friendly staff I love it when you can see them make your food fresh to order.
Extremely poor and very rude customer service. Cashier I would give a -5. Hot and Greasy food.
Ate here on a whim, and glad I did. Much better than most Chinese food places I've been to. Food was fresh and delicious, and reasonably priced.
