The service was extremely poor. Our family arrived at the restaurant at 11 o'clock, and the door was not open, so we planned to leave. After my husband finished smoking, he tried to push the door to enter again, but still failed, but soon someone opened the door and we entered. In the end, he didn't guide us on what to do. Instead, we all stood aside while he arranged the outdoor seats. I couldn't understand it. You should open the door at eleven o'clock, but you didn't. When you opened the door, you saw guests. When you open the door, you are not the first to receive guests, but to deal with the preparations you should make before opening the door! Do you allow guests to work with you? So I have a question: Do you make customers wait for you to do the work that should have been done before the opening? After that, this man had a bad look on his face the entire time he served the dish. He didn’t say the name of the dish when he served it, and he didn’t even say a word of apology if he served the wrong dish!

Despite the impressive ambience & interiors, prices in the menu are very reasonable. Food presentations are carefully thought out, chic & fancy. The place doesn't disappoints

The finest authentic Chinese food closest to where we live without having to drive into San Gabriel, Monterey Park, Rowland Heights or Chinatown LA.

The food is really good, and very reasonably priced. We've been coming here since they opened and we love their food. The only complaint I have is every time we come they never have the HK-style crab anymore! Please bring it back it was our favorite!

ELEGANT. High-end ambiance. Great for business meetings or reunion parties or romantic dinner.

We wanted to order ALL, but we settled for our top favorites. It was NOT a disappointment! We cleaned our plates, and because our tummies are already bulging, we decided to doggy-bag the Xiao Long Bao (Dim sum). The desserts are out of this world.

Our server is a breath of fresh air. She is energetic, always smiling, always checking on our needs, and she refilled our pot of hot tea without being asked.

I am not surprised why there's so many folks waiting in the reception area. We are lucky to have arrived early before "rush hour. "

Recommended Dishes: EVERYTHING (am very familiar with all of its dishes, being Asian).

The food is so-so and the service is very bad, the waiters do not pick up the dishes and are not attentive.

Excellent place! Food is delicious. They always bring it to you hot. Everything we have ordered has so much flavor. I recommend this place!

Way over priced! Not worth it! I rather drive a little farther n eat real dim sum! Too American for me!

Expensive, not authentic, very poor service despite nice interior. Lack of servers. Overly greasy, over flavoured. Only the chicken ginseng soup is worth ordering. Sweet and sour soup is literally too sour and spicy. Don't bother reserving tables for private events. The waitresses showed up almost an hour late from the reserved time. Servers were nowhere to be seen, always having to hunt them down. I'm never going back.

Our first visit here on the recommendation of friends. We had a quick lunch but the dishes we tried we're really good!

We really like this place for high end Chinese food, we feel the quality is there but it has gotten more expensive every visit, we went on a Monday evening and there was hardly anyone there, we got our food pretty quickly, the down side for today's meal was the lo main, it was a bit too bland, we also ordered walnut shrimp and Kun Pao shrimp, they were as expected.
I think you could give this restaurant a try, you may really like it.

This place is one of the best, well it used to be. I came with a buddy. We started with shu Mai. It was good, had the French beef and honey walnut shrimp which were great. Got the garlic wings and they tasted really odd. Well let's just say food poisoning followed with a couple of hours. All bad.

Best place to eat authentic Chinese food in the SB area. We will definitely be coming back again soon! Our server Jackson took such good care of us. Seriously never had such great service! We got the Hong Kong style lobster and it was fantastic!

Full bar and has happy hour! Their alcohol is strong! Food are great as well. The portion of the fried rice is a little small. It will probably feed 2 people at the most. But if you are hungry, it might only feed 1 person for the price of $20.

18% service fee for a family of 5 with two minors… really? !? Service was mediocre yet 18% mandatory tip. The nerve of this manager and he refuses to remove the “service fee” and would call the cop if I don’t pay it.

This place has got to be one of the best Chinese restaurants not in OC or LA! Whenever we visit relatives in Rancho Cucamonga, I always try to stop by for dinner.

Love the quietness and chill vibe at this place. Very different than the usual dim sum place. The service was super and the food is delicious. Best of all it’s only 3 minutes away.
