They have the best Chinese food. It’s so delicious. I always come here and never get tired of it. Plus the workers are so nice and put just the perfect amount of food. Prices are perfect, Definitely recommend!

This family owned restaurant is a place my family and I have been going to for decades. The portions are as big as all of the freindly smiles from the staff. The food is delicious and the drink selection is huge. They even speak Spanish to my grandmother to get her order. My family can all get stuffed and have leftovers without breaking the bank. We hope you enjoy this place as much as my family does.

Best Chinese food in North County! Great food and great customer service. Their Orange Chicken and Teriyaki chicken are the best!

First bite completely brown chicken. Chewy and dry. Mislead by other peoples bad taste. The worst I've had. I threw it all away

They need to be more clear on the food prices also on what the meals come with and give more options.

The food is delicious, very similar to another chain restaurant, but a little bit simpler Well, at the same time, a little bit and cheaper. Staff polite. Overall I recommend this.

I used to order my favorite dish, pork fried rice, at another restaurant. Last night, my husband and I tried the pork fried rice dish at the Chinatown Express and what a difference! The mixture of bbq red pork, peas, eggs, green onion and brown rice made a perfect dish and was far superior to what we had been used to. I had 2 servings and could not stop eating. This delicious Pork fried rice dish will be our family's new favorite order at the Chinatown Express. Thank you the chef for making such quality food at an affordable price.

The people who keep knocking this place for not tasting like panda express are just used to getting a plate of corn syrup. It's true, the food here isn't as strong flavored as a fast food chain, because it's real food with less ingredients. Yikes. When I want some actual chicken, vegetables, and a sauce that is an accessory (and not all the flavor) I go here. When I want something that isn't just a friend ball with a tiny piece of chicken in the center, I go here. The portions are great, and in the decade I've been going here I've always been greeted by someone accommodating. You get teriyaki chicken, they grab a piece of chicken and cut it right there in front of you. It's always tender too. This is my favorite chinese food in all of north county. I specifically like the fact that it's not too sweet. I like that I can actually taste the meat and veggies. I like that I can actually TELL that the food is fresh.

We just discovered this wonderful little restaurant, almost too good to be true. Super friendly owner, GREAT food (we had won ton soup, beef w/ broccoli and combo #4), very generous servings and unbelievably low price. Plan to visit weekly from now on and cannot recommend it any higher.

The folks here are awesome. A family run restaurant that really puts some love in their food and community. They really fill up your plate or to go order and feel like you didn’t pay enough for the portion size!

I’ve been coming here for years for the nostalgia and to support a keystone restaurant in the tricity area!
