Chinese Gourmet Express reviews
9I’ve been trying to come get food after work for a week straight and I have arrived an hour and even two hours before closing time and they tell me they stopped cooking and only have whatever is left. It’s ridiculous that they stop cooking two hours before closing time and refuse to make anything at 5pm when they still have two hours left.so unprofessional and customer service is bad.
I don't eat Chinese but my granddaughter wanted it so I got it for her it took awhile because they were out of orange chicken
Not good food, very soggy, found a piece of actual fur of some animal inside my 2 item combo! Disgusting! Don't eat here, I notice they mix the old food with the new food! Not to mention it smells awful!
I love the place will always go there but sometimes the owner does not know how to count her money and will not accept $100 bill I told her I have a calculator and I could help her count it if she felt uncomfortable LOL I got three plates of food and two sodas at least I got drink some of the soda before I gave it all back to her cuz they refused my money
I mean. The food was average, it's good if you're gnashing for Chinese food and it's the only thing open. But the service is so damn slow. And on top of that after we went both my mom and I had bowel issues. Some food is worth the pain. But this one wasn't.
Do not recommend this place, the lady was rude and they brought out fresh noodles and she gave me old noodles,
I went today on my break! I ordered the 2 item combo with orange chicken half and half and jalapeños chicken! Tell me why when they said the fresh orange chicken would be ready in like 1-2 min as it was being made. Took almost 25 min to come out! I asked the young man at the register what the hold up was and he Sid oh they ate barley making if your I. That much of a hurry you can switch it out for something else! Um no I paid for orange chicken I want orange chicken! By they time I got my food everything was cold but the orange chicken! Then when I buy in lot the jalapeño chicken I got at least 4 pieces that were pure grissle and bone! I was so mad by the time I got my food I had to clock back in from my break
A 1 star review doesn’t encapsulate how bad of an experience I had. I’ve had cardboard with more taste than their orange chicken. Also their food was so cold I’m surprised the chicken wasn’t alive and squawking. They guard the sauces with their life. I asked for a few sauces to feed my family of 5 and they only gave me 2 sauces. When I tried asking for more, the lady behind the counter told me there was a limit. It’s bad enough they were expecting my family of 5 to use 2 sauces but acting as “Sauce Security” was too much. My kids were so excited to try this place since they love orange chicken but now I have to tell them to settle for something else.
Wanted to order an orange chicken plate and a tofu plate because clearly they serve tofu since its on the MENU and the cashier told me "hang on I have to ask" and came back and told me "yeah they told me they're not going to make it today". So why have tofu on the menu when you don't make it? Not everyone eats meat but still likes to eat Chinese food and its sad that their menu accommodates to vegetarians but they don't actually serve it.
