Love this place. Never wait longer than 30 minutes, even when we walk in. Doctors are very knowledgeable and professional.

I LOVE this office and the staff! Everyone is kind, professional, and Aaron is the best PA i've ever been to. I live 20 miles a way and I drive that far because of the excellent care and service I receive. I highly recommend this office.

Don't bother coming here u won't see a doctor just a physician assistant and you wait over 30mins even with an appointment.low quality care and service. I've been in the check up room for an hour.still haven't seen the physician assistant.

Call to make appointment then the day of the appointment go to be only told sorry but they don't have you down. Its the most unorganized doctor front office you could go to. Also the main doctor who opened the office and passed which never told anyone of his passing 3 years later still using his name.

Been here an hour with a sick toddler. Intake paperwork is tedious. After over an hour we just left. Very slow. Frustrating to hear staff laughing leisurely in the backgomeound while I wait in anguish. If it wasn't NYE!

Signed in, waited over an hour while other people got called back to find out they couldn't find my info. I realize mistakes are made and put an effort into understanding we all are human but when the girl at the front desk gives me an attitude for her mistake, that is completely unprofessional not to mention disrespectful and irresponsible. Giving me excuses of how she just got there, yes I did too because your urgent opens at 1: 00, I signed in at 12: 51. This is the person who represents your business, handling a customer/patient and that is how she acts, no wonder you have such a low rating.

They never answer the phone. It's impossible to even book an appointment. This has been going on for over a year. They don't return calls when you leave a message either. Gonna have to change Dr.s. So unprofessional

I like this place everybody is nice and professional. Wait time isn't that bad. The dr is awesome.

It's very hard to get a hold of anyone there. It's rare when reps answer the phone, needless to mention reply back to your left messages. One time I had to drive there just to re-schedule my appt after trying to call for 2 days and leaving 3 messages. I was also told that the doctor doesn't come to this location. You're mainly seen by a nurse practitioner. I later knew that there is a PA in that location. I'd highly recommend for them to improve the services.

Drove over here after being referred by another facility in Chino. My insurance group was not covered at the first place, so the receptionist kindly gave me this address. She even called for me! Said no one answered but they "are open on Saturday from 9-1. " Well, they were CLOSED! Please don't advertise hours that you're not there!
