Everyone, from the person who gave us the quote, to the coordinator and even all of the drivers and handlers were extremely professional. Communication was good and their flexibility to accommodate our changing plans was much appreciated.

Teresa Gallivan was super responsive and gave us so many free packing materials that we didn't have to buy anything on our own. The whole moving team worked incredibly quickly and carefully, leaving all the walls intact. We'd recommend Chipman to anyone planning their next move!

The loaders and unloaders were excellent. Coordinators were good, but were not kept updated of the details of the crew till the last moment. The Mesa packers were the most forgettable part of the move, extremely unflexable, constantly bickering and complaining, very unprofessional. In the end, everything turned out well.but stressful experience overall.

From start to finish, everyone I worked with seemed to care about my experience AND my property. Teresa was a great coordinator and checked in several times. Lynn, Tommy and Jamal loaded up the truck with my goods with care and urgency. Delivery was smooth with the team on the other side (Rafael, John, et al.)
I would use them again for a cross country -or local- move. Thank you!

We used Chipman for a recent local move. Sam and his crew were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. I had a lot of heavy items and moved into a 3 story apartment. They worked very hard and never complained. We are moving again in 6 months and plan to use them again.

Stress free move from New Orleans to Sacramento. The team packed up the entire house and transported to Sacramento in only 10 days. Rose Olsen was super responsive the whole move, and worked hard to fit us into the schedule on short notice. 100% Recommend

Rose was a fantastic resource for all of our corporate moving needs from Louisiana to California. She answered all questions timely and went above and beyond to address our needs on our unique timeline.

Moving two offices with 20 people, 2 full kitchens, piles of field equipment, 5 years of accumulated ‘stuff’, and 70+ plants (plus a large plant wall with 3 panels of 90 hydroponic plants!) is not for the faint of heart. But working with Kevin and Christina made this daunting task so much more manageable! It started with Kevin’s kind and professional demeanor during his walk thru of our space, along with his great insight and suggestions, which all led to a great moving plan and very competitive quote. Then Christina came in, and she was so kind and responsive to all of my questions. Then they sent me their A-Team, led by Gerardo, and our move could not have possibly gone any smoother. Gerardo and his team were extremely professional, so fast and efficient, and also just plain NICE to work with. Ours was an after-hours move and these gentlemen honestly were the best of the best. I can’t thank you all enough for all of your help and excellent customer service during such a stressful time.

Special thanks to Kevin for hooking me up with the most perfect library cart to move my personal 50 plants. I am not sure what I would have done without that cart!

Would highly recommend Chipman Relocation & logistics for anyone coordinating a move. Everything about the move was professional and first class. Rose Olsen was superb in communications all through the process working to exceed communications. Just terrific.

The whole team was very professional. Our coordinator, Teresa Gallivan, was very responsive to our questions. The three movers I worked with were efficient and communicated well with me throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a good experience and made our move much easier.

Chipman Sacramento was selected to provide warehousing and delivery services for Synergy Airport Logistics. We trained and communicated the proper way to handle our high value freight. All palletized! The warehouse staff did not follow instructions and damaged multiple machines while loading the trucks. It was not an accident! It was undeniable negligence. Accidents cannot be avoided. The staff did not follow instructions! This could have been avoided with trained staff and quality people. The warehouse looked good, the people talked a good game, the end result was terrible. Their negligence cost our company a grand total of $ 43,000.00 to replace. We had a certificate naming us additional insured for 800 K for cargo liability. On a technicality they paid nothing. Don't be fooled by words, and pictures.this is real! We have found Allied Van Lines and Atlas to provide better service. We used Nor-Cal Allied for our next project without a single issue.

Started with the pack, load then the delivery from Folsom ca to Post Falls Idaho! They treat you like family no damage everything was perfectly wrapped and most important handled with care! Thank you Kurt, Rose, Matt and Ceaser for making this transition smooth

The move was smooth and low-stress on both ends. Questions were answered quickly. Cross-country delivery arrived on the day promised. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No hidden charges or sneaky fees. Very satisfied customer.

Teresa and Rose were communicative throughout my moving process as they coordinated everything.

I would highly recommend Chipman to anyone, they are wonderful! I recently moved from Massachusetts to California and the process was smooth every step of the way. Teresa and Rose took such good care of us, and Lopez and the crew handled our belongings with care. Even the most sensitive items arrived intact, and we felt supported at every stage. Chipman is just fantastic.

Teresa was our coordinator! She did an excellent job and providing us with options, payment info and invoices. The team was on time, professional and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better team! Only reason this doesn’t have 5 stars is we are missing a large mirror and have a damaged couch cushion & damaged cat tree. That being said, I would still book this company for future moves!
