Chipotle Mexican Grill

I avoid this branch because compared to other Chipotle's in SCV, this one has really bland flavor. When I come here to order my usual steak bowl, I have to add extra salt & pepper or it will taste very bland. Also the staff here is very young and poorly trained. One of the girls there tore the carryout paper bag and still tried to put my food in it while acting like nothing happened. I had to ask for a new bag or my food could have spilled on the way home and she didn't even bother apologize. What kind of customer service is this?

Twice I've had hard rice from this location on newhall ave and boquet. I get that they're new location/staff but how do they get it wrong twice. The staff here is very disappointing

The kids meal at around $6 hit perfect after the gym. Nice people working here. Always a smile.

The portion for kids is the half from regular one for full adult price, why do not you make a kids menu and charge half of the regular one?

Chipo-tini / new product. Burrito's are only half filled now. This used to be one of the best locations I've been to. The last 2 times I've been here they totally skimp. Get ready to be charged more and get less.

This place is a hit and miss.if it's a miss you'll know.rice is bland so is their other food but when it's a hit than its a good lunch for all.

I received the wrong order. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and got a chicken burrito bowl. None of the other ingredients were correct either. This was the worst experience I ever had with Chipotle.

They barely even give any food in the bowls I open my bowl up to Half missing very disappointed not going again

The staff is friendly.this location is way better than other Chipotle's they're not as greedy when it comes to portions but parking is kind of a problem

Went in around 12: 20 am on May 9 & as soon as we walked in there was no greeting by anyone so it created an unwelcoming tension & a young woman with long black rudely served us and had a huge attitude. She was rushing us, kept giving us bad glances & even finger taping when we would not respond to her question after 2 seconds it felt like. I don’t usually write reviews but seriously don’t understand how customer service was so bad not only on the employees part but everyone in there as a workforce.

The last few times I have been there or ordered my bowls have been packed! I wish they hadn't raised the prices but I am glad they are filling the bowls beyond the rim! This one is half eaten because eI forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through.

Used Uber eats for the second time. Ordered a salad. Did not receive vinaigrette. Salad was half the size it’s ever been when I’ve ordered in person. It was pathetic. Sent the picture out to others. They laughed. Nice job chipotle. I’m heating up a hot pocket as we speak.

Generally solid staff that is always willing to help out. There’s a few stand-offish ones, but overall, great place. The staff tonight was awesome.

A top spot for delicious Mexican food.it was so fresh.i've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back.it has a good interior.

Ehhhh.horrible customer service I went there the other day and the store manager was rushing us and giving us attitudes and different employees were rolling there eyes because we wanted additional condiments they seem very lazy And didn’t want to work I know you guys read these reviews and you guys have a lot of improvement to work on.you go to work to work not to rush people out and when you can’t do that you give out attitudes just to go on your phone As soon as you can.

Good food. My one complaint is that they don't have any salsa that is not quite spicy except pico, and I don't like tomatoes.

Terrible as I found a worm in my food. I tweeted at them and they responded quickly saying that they want additional info, which I provided. I was ghosted the rest of the day. I eat at Chipotle regularly and they just lost a regular customer.

Had an awful experience at the restaurant and the feedback procedure on the receipt doesn't follow up.what a shame. My cashier was Aryanna, she was cool and it wasn't her fault.it was the person next to her who bagged my stuff and gave me the wrong burrito.
