Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is a great place to have lunch. I recently started going there often because I really like their bowls. I can get meet some some greens and feel like I am eating a lot of carbs. Employees are pretty cool too.

The vinagrette was amazing, but I tried ordering a quesadilla with fajita veggies and they were out, also, I think it’s a little expensive for what they offer

Extremely expensive and dirty tables with young people working there who had low customer service experience

Everything was going well until the shorter hispanic employee started having a temper tantrum on one of the other employee because he gave me 2 scoops of rice. Keep in mind the other employee seemed to be in training. Very unprofessional never coming again unless that hispanic male is off that day.

The service was good and food was great, although one of shorter Hispanic employees was being very disrespectful to his other employee, seemed like he was still in training made the encounter very awkward and needs to learn some manners.

Stopped in here on my way home (around 4pm) and there was a line to the door, not surprising, Chipotle is popular. What was surprising, there was only one person making orders, 4 others standing around? My turn to order, I order a bowl and burrito…the server gives me half a serving of white with both cuz they run (hoping I wouldn’t notice), chicken with the bowl (full serving), half serving of steak (cuz they’re out), additionally they’re out of the featured garlic steak because reasons. How? It’s 4pm, you’re doesn’t close for hours. Anyways, all this is happening while the manager/supervisor (dressed in street apparel) is giving an orientation to a new hire. So management was present, not professional dressed but they’re the boss. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I surmise theyre only busy because of location. I’ll take my chances with the Cypress or Cerritos stores. I’ll report back after.

The food tasted great. First time back here since they dropped pork from the menu. So, it's been years! Online order said to just grab our order off the special shelves inside the store. Totally touchless. So we stood there for several minutes before someone asked if we were there for takeout. Despite the directions, you have to go to the counter and ask.

It’s always a weird experience coming to chipotle, there’s always someone strange assisting with my food and it makes me feel uncomfortable

Always comforting to be able to walk in and see what you're ordering being made in front of you. Plus it's so tasty and good!

The service is good, however, they should give a little bit more for the price. Everything is fresh.

Great workers and experience. Dine in experience was always nice. However, take out portion is always lacking since chipotle seems to consistently give less portion than dine-in no matter what.

You will get your food at record breaking time and your food will taste fantastic. Parking is packed during peak hours

Today I was there at lunch time a real good team but I order rice and barbacoa rice was good but the barbacoa more that half was pure fat I would hope that before they served they would check if the meat are proper and this is the second time it happen to me that is the reason for my comments.

I specifically asked for mild and medium salsa "on the side". This lady put them on my bowl then added hot salsa on the side even though I never asked for it. Never apologized. What a great service.
