Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
19 Chipotle corporate,
The water faucet is coming loose from the sink in the women's bathroom at Chipotle located at 11690 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049.
Same as it ever is everywhere you go except this one has potential for stars and famous celebrities who life in a normal way
Always come to this location. No complaints. Solid service. There has only been 1 thing today, when I saw a worker being BERATED for trying to be TOO HELPFUL! This man said his name was Nadim. So I just wanted to give some credit where credit is due. Rock on San Vincente Chipotle!
Disclaimer: this review is strictly based on service and portion sizes, as majority of the time Chipotle tastes the same.
I was pleasantly surprised by this Chipotle. They only had one person serving food, the rest were cooking or standing around. That said, the server absolutely hooked it up with very generous portions to both me and my friend. The guy even said “sir” after every sentence. A true gentleman. Your experience may differ if you don’t have the same sever, and as such, this review is subject to change if i encounter a server giving small portions.
If you are in Brentwood, West LA or Westwood, you should go to this one. DO NOT go to the one on Wilshire and 21st.
Also for those complaining about online orders. I’ve never had a good experience ordering online from any Chipotle. They always make it better when you’re there. Avoid online orders.
No chips available, no ice, restaurant is dirty and the employees couldn't wrap my burrito. First time having a awkward/bad experience at chipotle.
Got there at 9: 30pm when they close at 10 and they didn’t seem happy that I was there. They were already cleaning everything and most of the food was gone. I was told the tortilla press was “already off”. I’m not sure why it couldn’t be plugged back in or why it was off 30 minutes before they close. I chose to get a bowl instead and they were out of most things, they went and refilled some but said they were out of veggies and didn’t want to make more. Unfortunately that was the only thing my girlfriend wanted. I left unhappy and confused why the hours say they close at 10 but this location apparently starts closing 30 minutes early and doesn’t compromise or try to help you out at all.
I have ordered delivery from this Chipotle at least half a dozen times, and it has never, not even a single time, been correct upon delivery. One time every single item in my order was incorrect.
Management needs to be better about setting the standard, because this is just ridiculous.
I was basically told I was LYING by the manager Marilyn Santos and her staff, when I told them that they used to give United States Armed Forces Veterans 1/2 off the cost of their meals here with military ID. I used to bring my friends and family here, and as a disabled vet get treated with respect and dignity. Not only do they no longer honor that, the quality of food had severely decreased, and they are nitpicky over the quantity of their skimpy servings. They used to give you extra tortillas if you asked free of charge. That was less than 3 years ago when I lived at the VA walking distance from there. It's severely pathetic how they have changed.
Refusing Guacamole to walk in customers while saving it for delivery is a very poor decision for business.
Quick and less expensive than other Brentwood restaurants. Pretty much a standard chipotle.
This isn’t a good location for chipotle. Terrible staff. Don’t know there products and are terrible at making the burritos. Go to Santa Monica
Online order wasn't ready had to wait more then 30min not a good spot for chipotle parking terrible only meter
2 weeks ago, 3 of us stood in line 20 minutes. We left, more out of sympathy for the workers than frustration. The line had not moved one single person in that time. The folks appeared to be working under a directive to complete all online orders to the exclusion of anyone in the store. There was something very broken about it. It was pitiful.
At these times, perhaps a sign saying "Online Pick Up Only. " It would be simple, helpful and honest.
Terrible service, lots of errors when ordering online, food often not ready at the store, and it smells bad in there. This San Vicente Brentwood location needs some quality control.
This chipotle is a miss. Almost always missing ingredients and understaffed. The employees are trying their best, but until management does their job, go to another Chipotle
Solid chipotle. At first it seems like parking is hard to find, but there's a free lot up a ramp behind the restaurant that's always pretty empty, at least in the evening!
Pretty depressing experience overall. The person who made my burrito was just plain mad, slapped it together and seemed increasingly upset when I told him to add more of the perspective ingredients. The person on the grill not only completely burnt the chicken but proceeded to dig in the trash can with his bare hands before handling more grill utensils. There was a lot of food waste in the main dining area, food prep areas and more. Just gross and depressing overall.
Somehow the guys that work here are even higher than the customers. It is truly a test of patience watching them fumble through the most basic assembly process. “White rice, black beans”. I ought to make that my bank password with how apparently difficult that is to remember. Anyways. My burrito ended up looking like a tropical landslide. I almost volunteered to roll it myself.
I work across the street and thought to give it a try. Ordered a chichen quesadilla. It was the most disgusting food ever ordered. First bite, found a black hair in it. Then I noticed another hair in salsa. Never again.
