17 Chipotle on Mowry is terrible,
Order online and when I do it’s so much smaller than ordering in person and that’s ordering extra too. Manager Rudy tells me it’s because they’re in a rush and I’m like yea because everyone is ordering in person because online they’re robbing you! Also giving me chicken when I order sofritas and they never have FAJITAS veggies!
I understand food industry is tough to work in, but you can’t be short changing people like that, not a good incentive to order online and keep the store less busy.
This place needs to be shut down
They are supposed to be open at 1045am. I have been knocking and standing outside for almost 10 min. A guy came to the door saying he had call outs and he isn't opening til after 11am. Where is the manager. This isn't good service
We waited 10mins past 10: 45am opening and then the staff comes out and says sorry we’re out of staff so another 10min wait. It was dirty inside and they were rushing with cleaning. They didn’t have gloves when cutting vegetables. Very disappointed will not come back. It was Chipotle 2760 Mowry Ave, Fremont CA.
Got an order of 2 burritos got me and my sister with a drink and chips, the order was about 40 dollars. The only payment I had was a hundred dollar bill. They clearly declined it saying it they’d don’t accept 100 dollar bills, As someone who works at fast food industry, we have a safe of change and can easily change it there. I don’t understand why they can’t just accept a hundred dollar bill and easily just give me about 3 20 dollar bills. Now I had no other choice but too just leave it there
The pick up time at peak hour is way too slow. I don’t understand there are 2-3 persons at the back kitchen and they made us wait for more than 30 mins! For just three bowls! Why not just tell the customers to come at a later time? And what’s the point to order a pickup but ended up even slower than queueing in person. And while we are waiting, the counter is quite dirty. I understand it is a long queue and the staff are busy. But it is really unacceptable.
Ordered pickup from Uber eats, they said food is ready for pickup.when we went, then they started to prepare only to find out most of the items are over.they did try to compensate with free shells but still felt disappointed.
Waited in line for about a good 30 mins. Young workers in the front were running the restaurant (did a fantastic job). The older manager stayed in the back doing whatever. Ran out of items with a store full of customers. The food wasn’t fresh. The queso Blanco looked yellow. The only thing good that I had was the chips and guac. The steak bowl sucked. Rice dry af.anyways the store sucks in general
Ordered a kids build your own online. I got kids fruit and this is what they put in the bag. Extremely disappointed as I usually have good experiences here. I will be going to Newark chipotle from now on. Place needs to be shut down giving people moldy food.
Food was good as always. The place was really crowded with a long line of 15+ people waiting to order. The staff are friendly, but the store layout is a bit crowded leading to some confusion on who's handling which part of the fulfillment process
Does not close at 10 pm as advertised. I showed up at 9: 45 pm on a Sunday and all of the food had been put away and the employees were just sitting around waiting to get off work. There were several others that also got turned away.
No stars at all. This is the only location that has the worst service ever. I ordered online a bowl and half of the stuff was not added to it (please see the pic) and also added a side of Gauc which they didn’t add. The pick up was at 9: 00pm but had to wait 20 min to just get my order ready. It possibly couldn’t be any slower
Honestly Ive been to chipotle thousands of times. This is the slowest chipotle consistently. Anddd the chef is too lazy to make the tea - thats the reason it not ever done. The lazinest chipotles are always "out of tea"
A good place for a quick and healthy meal. This place has options to choose between a burrito or a bowl with lots of protien options available. The vegetarian options were alos great and the food was reasonably priced. A great balance of healthy and tasty food
The worst customer service, wrong online order, and all the associates are just talking and having fun among themselves. They dont care about completing the orders at all. Dont come here, go somewhere else. The worst chipotle place.
I ordered through Door dash, and I decided to pick it up. When I came home I notice the Two bowls very light And food ingredients very little. This isn’t right.especially paying $27.00 for 2 vegetarian bowls. What a ripoff!
Chipotle is good, but the delivery is very bad.

I ordered from Chipotle website, because their iphone app force quit. In my most recent 5 delivery orders, all of them arrive late like 40 -60 min, although I live 5 min away from the store, and among the 5 deliveries, 2 of them had open bags which Chipotle gave me refund.
I don't know which delivery company is working for Chipotle, but it's time to change to a new one because your customer definitely won't receive fair service for delivery fee plus tips. I'd rather go to the store to order instead of trying another delivery.
Please please do not go to this chipotle location!
I am always a fan of chipotle. But very disappointed here. The reason you do a pickup is to avoid waiting in the line. If you somehow end up waiting in the line for a pickup order to get ready because when you arrive at the location to pickup they are still preparing order for those who ordered half hour before you, that’s really disappointing. These guys are the most laziest chipotle staff I have ever seen. For 9.00 pm pickup order they have not even started up until 9.30 pm and when they are about to make order they say that they are out of gaucomole. How can you expect not to have gaucomole when you order veggie bowl. Are you kidding me? And this s the not first time this happened. I ended up canceling my order. Honestly I regret going to this place and wasting my time.
Also the food (rice) s not cooked well sometimes. I guess when they are in hurry they don’t cook the rice well. Overall I would like to say, avoid this location if possible and chose some other location near by.
