Not sure how people are “getting the wrong food or bad portions” if they do it all in front of you? I heard someone behind me ask why my bowl was bigger (I got extra lettuce) You’re allowed to ask for more.except meat I think they charge

Never had a problem with this store, pretty clean. This is the one location I would say they don’t skimp you on online portions.

Place has really turned around in the last year with the new management, definitely will be returning often

Ordered a Burrito. Gave me food poisoning. The quality of Chipotle have been dropping ever since pandemic. I will never be ordering from chain again.

In all the years I have been going to Chipotle Mexican Grill, this was the dirtiest one. The food wasn't even fresh. I won't be coming back to this restaurant. Yes it was 2: 30 pm, but no excuse.

I was very pleased with quince and his service, He put his all with making my food it was super delicious, Food was fresh and he made it in a timely manner, I would highly recommend to go back to chipotle “if quince is there” to make my food, Thank you quince you made my experience very plea-sable

Updated review of 5 stars to 1.
Yesterday we went and they said they were out of everything so we could not purchase anything.

Today, Its closed. Its 12: 08pm Tuesday, Sept 6,2022 and its closed. No note as to why or what.

To whom am I concern,

I write this review due the poor customer service. I asked about chipotle style, combinations plates and the prep time because it was my first time in this place and everthing looks fresh. The cashier for night shift told me, "I don't know I worked night shift with a rude tone ". The chipotle website reflect a nice employee caring culture but the reality is different. I said "Hi and thank you" to everyone but nobody answered me looks like the team need motivation and retrain.

It was one lady who was cleaning the grill. She was scrubbing to the grill for to much time.
There are different ways to clean the grill with easy manner. Manager on duty needs to take care of this.

Having a knowledge team of Operation process help to reduce effort, streess and improve customer service.

This review is for an opportunity to improve for management team

Employees just reflect the lack of training and motivation.

After a very, long, grueling day of being at work and hitting the gym, I decided to order a DoorDash pickup Burrito Bowl to end the day of my hard working earnings. The only reason (s) I even chose "Pickup" is: 1) in the past, if I order past 8pm "steak" is never available if you order in person, but miraculously is available for DoorDash.
2) I was out of lemons, limes, limones, Zitronen,
citrons, whatever you want to call citrus flavor that I prefer to add to my burrito bowl (I'll get to why this is important in a minute.)
My order was completed, fairly quickly, so I walked to pick it up.at 9 pm ish. (almost a full hour before closing. And only one of 3 people who saw me said, "Hello, " when I walked in. (not "Dee")
I let them know I had an order, for pick up, they asked me the name and then said it was "over there" and pointed. (rude) and then I asked for a few lemons. A woman, by the alleged name of "Dee", said, " We don't have lemons. " (as I was staring into the mini RTD fridge, by the register, with a canister full of citrus. I responded to her, confused, " Why are there are bunch of them right there? " and I pointed at the canister. "Dee, " then responds: " We don't have 'lemons', we have 'limes'. "So I said, " Lemons, Limes, Citrusy goodness I can add to my food? Thanks! "And she proceeds to hand me one little cup with 2 lime wedges. I then asked for 2 more. (like I always do) And she tells me she has to charge me. I confronted her, by saying "In the last 15 years (which is actually 19 years) that I have been eating at Chipotle, I've NEVER been charged for lemons/limes whatever! What is your name? "She said, " Well, I'm the new manager. " I said, " yeah, I've been to Chipotles all over San Diego, LA, Miami, NY, Chicago, still have never been charged for lemons! "So I asked her name, she told me it was "Dee". I went to my car, got my money, came back in to the store to purchase the LEMONS, and came in to her telling me "I mispoke. " and hands me 2 more cups of lemons. Then I figured it was wise to check my food order, and thank Heaven I did! I ordered cheese, on my burrito bowl and when I opened my bowl, I found LITERALLY no more than 3 slivers of cheese. (NOT exaggerating) Like, is this a joke? Like, is this funny to you? $25 spent on a bowl and chips and you can't even put more than 3 strings of cheese on it? Like, seriously though? Why are you even working if you're not going to take pride in the position you chose? So, I went back up to the counter, pointed to the three strings of cheese and asked politely (with a please) if I may have a side of cheese. And Dee said to hang on while she puts on gloves and hands me a side of cheese. Like, what should have been 3 min, to pick up a damn bowl, turned into a whole evening of unnecessary, negative, appalling behavior. FOR NO REASON! "

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It is the closest one to us so we have ordered here many times (disspointed every vist) Everytime I have made an online order the order is wrong and missing items. The quality of food is terrible, they are ALWAYS out of items, the workers are rude, the restaurant is filthy. I will NEVER come to this location again.

Chipotle Valley Pkwy my love, I don't know what you have been doing the last few months but we need to take a extended break.in 2021 we were great. I could not image my life with out you. But after the last 2 month I can't continue to hurt my heart this way. The glee and excitement I feel when I can final get a Pork/chicken Burrito due to my hectic schedule.

I will now be seeing your ugly cousin El Polo Loco She has large portions and tightly rapped burritos. Do not interfere with our love.

My family and I went to this location, we were vacationing in the area, chipotle is my favorite place to go. However, we all got sick after eating the food from there. I was up all day and night throwing up, food poisoning to the max.my husband got sick, my daughter (9yr old) got sick.it was horrible.will not come back here.waiting for this place to open to put a complaint. I hope no one else got sick.please AVOID this restaurant.we ate there 04/21/22 around 4pm.

It's unfortunate. Been feeling a steady decline in their service. Every time it takes longer and longer to get ur order. The employees are kind and seem to be hustling, but feels like this location is lacking leadership.

We catered from here last weekend, had an issue with the order but they made things right. Manager also sincerely apologized which wasn't necessary at that point. Appreciate what the did and love to be come back here for a bite or for catering.

This location provides repeated issues with food quality and availbility. They are always out of some food items (hard tacos, chips, guac, etc). Also over the past couple weeks I have received inaccurate or poor quality items. (chips were burnt, guac not mashed thoroughly, food served lukewarm and not hot). There were even two instances where the were 20 min late to have food ready past the pickup time for an online order placed.

I hate leaving bad reviews but our food was awful. We ordered a burrito that was smaller than half the size a burrito should normally be, the rice was not cooked so it was crunchy, and we didn't get the chips that we had paid for.

There was also hair in the rice and when we tried to call the store we couldn't get in contact with anyone. Definitely a disappointing experience.
