Chipotle Mexican Grill

Alfredo and Mark were just AMAZING! The best customer service I’ve had in awhile!
We came in from the santee location (we had a not fun experience there) and were prepared for the same response when wanting 3 quesadillas…but to our surprise they were all smile and started preparing our food. We told them about our experience at the other location and they apologized and continued making our food with smiles and kindness!
I will forever come to this location from now on!

This location rules! They are not stingy with their portions, and they don’t get all snobby when you ask for extra. Friendly service as well.

This is a busy place but the staff has it handled. The food was great & the line is long but goes quickly. Great customer service!

We got two items, steak tacos and a quesadilla. The tacos were SO spicy, they burned my husband's mouth, and he couldn't eat them. The quesadilla had NO cheese on it. It was basically a tortilla! No warnings or choice about the spice level, and I would expect a QUESAdilla to have cheese.: - (We didn't go into the restaurant, the food was delivered, so I don't have any comments about the restaurant or staff. Never again!

I just left from ordering a to go meal. I got the 1/2 barbacoa & 1/2 steak bowl. Honestly, this food is worth the price. This was my first time coming in to order anything from chipotle. The lady that helped me was so very nice and patient. There was even another lady who when I asked about meat pricing, she went directly to the register to give me the exact amount of the cost. I'm watching what I eat more, so chipotle was my option today, and I'm glad I tried it. I wish I got the ladies names because I want them to be acknowledged. Especially the young lady who made my plate. I left today around 3: 47 pm. Even the gentleman Jaykobb was pleasant at the end. I only know his name because it's on the receipt, lol. No complaints, I will come back!

Bad customer service lots of attitude like it's an inconvenience for them to do there jobs

My wife had explosive diarrhea and we live across the street. My apartment is getting worked on and I drove to here and the older ladies in here must have know the distress she was in they yelled the code so she can go! Idk I had to come give a review because that was really nice of them. You guys rock thank you!

A very friendly staff. We visited around 2pm and the ingredients looked fresh and everything tasted good. It is located in a small shopping area and easy to see from the street. Inside the restaurant, it can get loud when there are many people inside. I was glad they offered outdoor seating.

Chipotle is a good place for a quick bite to eat. Delicious, fresh options for many different tastes. I prefer to order their bowls and customize it each time for different flavors.

The made to order burritos, tacos, and bowls is a great concept. A variety of beans, rice, meats, vegetables, and salsas allow you to customize each meal to your liking. The ingredients are fresh and put together in front of you. The guacamole is worth the extra charge. The chips have a hint of lime giving them a unique flavor.

Well I guess they have so type, of like a secret menus. I don't know. Maybe it's just a online thing. So my grandson has taken me here for lunch; I gotten a plate like around $9 bucks and no drink; Cause I wanted to keep the price down. Well he gotten the same the bowl. But added a Grill Cheese with extra meat and a drink. Our order came out too be like $45 and change. I thought that was "High" for only 2 ppl. And he thought the Grill Cheese was $4.45. So over tge next couple days. One of my other grandsons stayed the night. So i thought I would go get them a Grill Cheese plate. When the guy total me out it was $40. Again no drinks! I was like Uh no. It says $4.45. Then the girl next to him said. "" My Bad" I forgot to ask her ""What "" size. I was like " What " I'm looking at the menu it says $4.45 then they tell me; It online one for the other grill cheese. Well am I supposed too know that! I just walk in. So he did change the price. So I guess lesson learned.

SouthPark was right. The food makes you sick. Maybe because they were exposing the old stale food to flies. There were zero customers there. If it's a slow day, at least be considerate and cover the food Lives are on the line I can't believe I gave you Three chances Never again! "I need Chipotleaway! "

I was feeling down in the dumps, hence I was at Chipotle for dinner. I really needed this random act of kindness! The new girl did it and made my tacos very neat, and my friend enjoyed the bowl she made for her too!

I got the vegetarian burrito.it was absolutely delicious. I just wish they had a few more choices for vegetarians some of us don't like tofu

Ordered three tacos in the restaurant and when I got home I found I had to cook the tacos because everything was ice cold. Even asked them is that all heated and they said yes. Never ever got cold tacos from anywhere. 13.78 to cook my tacos and don't bother calling because they won't answer!

Chipotle is my kids favorite To me its like fake Mexican food with not enough choices of food.serving warm food not hot that includes burritos and everything else.

A very nice and neat set up. The inside is very clean and the customer service here is amazing. The staff knows what they’re doing. I recommend this place for everyone who likes Mexican food!

Bad customer service. And the brisket was very dry.but the bad customer service is enough to keep me away. And don't ask for green sauce.that really gave the cashier more of a bad attitude.
